TETHERED FATE (Jungkook Werewolf FF)

~The beginning~

Jungkook Pov:

"You've been crying like this for an hour. Just tell me what happened?"
Jungkook spoke in a soft voice to the little girl curled up into a ball on the sofa.

"N-no" the girl shook her head.

"Come on" Jungkook cooed as he gently stroked her back.

"It's Jimin" she replied still not facing him.

Yuna and Jungkook had known each other since their birth and they did everything together. But today on his 7th birthday he brought over the Delta's son, Jimin. Jungkook had hoped that Yuna would've befriended him immediately but here she was balling her eyes out.

He looked a the girl who was an year younger than him as he could not understand why she did not like Jimin. He was kind, caring and even charming for someone of such a young age.

"What did he do to you?" Jungkook stated trying to reason out with Yuna.

Yuna looked up at him and sniffed before speaking.

"You'll not play with me anymore! You'll always stick with him"

"Why would I do that?" Jungkook replied back in utter bewilderment.

"Because he's......."Yuna couldn't think of any reason.

"See? You're just worried for no reason. I'll still be your friend!" Jungkook said to her.

"Promise you won't leave me" Yuna said sticking out her pinky finger.

Jungkook chuckled at her cutness.
"Promise!" He replied rapping his finger around hers.

They both smiled to each other before they were interrupted by Jimin.

"Can we play now?" He asked shyly, extending his hand towards Yuna.

"Sure!" She smiled back.

"You're daughter gets along really well with my son" Mr.jeon chuckled while addressing his beta.

"But Alpha, Yuna troubles us a lot too. She wakes up early in the morning and would beg us to take her to Jungkook's house" Mr. Kim replied as he sighed.

"She'll do fine once she grows up" Mr. Jeon answered.

"I hope so" Mrs. Kim said as she laughed lightly.

With that everyone broke into a fit of laughter.

Just then they were all interrupted by a knock on the door.

"Alpha!" I voice sounded from outside.
"It's urgent!"

"You may come in" Mr. Kim said.

A man in his mid-thirties opened the door and eyed everyone in the room before taking a step closer towards the alpha.

"The leader of the rogue says he is ready to compromise if his brothers who are kept in the dungeon be released." The man informed.

"WHO DOES HE THINK HE IS!" The Alpha's voice boomed in the room and the man flinched.

"Calm down"

As soon as everyone heard that they turned their attention toward the door as they saw Mrs. Jeon entering with a cup of tea in her hands.

"Here, drink this" she said as she placed the cup on a table near the alpha.

The alpha took a deep sigh before he picked up the cup and took a sip.

"Kim I need you to go check on the borders and make sure to let the rouge know his place."

Mr.kim nodded as he got up.

"You know they are times when I can't help but be glad that I chose you as my beta" Mr.jeon smiled at the young man who was about to head out.

"The pleasure is all mine, Alpha" The beta replied before heading out of the office with his mate.

"You are dismissed" the Alpha said addressing the guy who had just informed of the rouge.

"No, wait!" Mrs. Jeon interrupted.

"What is it?" growled the Alpha, clearly irritated.

The lady standing across him just smirked at him and before he could question her he started coughing blood.

"It's wolf's bane mixed with melange" Mrs.Jeon stated still smirking.

"YOU!" He looked up to his mate.
"DO YOU THINK YOU'LL GET AWAY WITH IT!!" He said in his Alpha voice as he stood up and puffed out his chest.

"I already have. There is nothing you can do. I've been giving you wolfsbane for over months now."

"Grab her" he said addressing the guy who was standing there.

"He's with me" she said walking towards the Alpha

Mr.Jeon started coughing more blood and as his vision started clouding, he kneeled down. The lady in front of him felt a wave of excitement washing over her.

"Did you think I'll not repay you for what you did! I loved you and yet the only thing I got in return was you chosing me as a second mate!"

"You deserved it!" The alpha said as his breath hitched and realization dawned on him. "You're the one who killed my mate!"

His first mate, Eun-hee had been poisoned with wolfsbane, but when the pack doctor found out it was too late. All his efforts to locate the villain were in vain. But now, that she stood in front of her, he felt so week. He wanted to make her pay, but he couldn't even find the strength to stand.

"YOU'RE THE ONE WHO DESTROYED ME!!WHAT ELSE WAS I SUPPOSED TO DO? YOU BOTH WERE SO HAPPY WHEN YOUR SON WAS BORN!!" She screamed at the guy who was now on his knees .

"While my heart ached you lived a happy life" she said stroking his hair. "Shouldn't you be ashamed of that"

"You!" The Alpha said in a week breath as his iris started turning blue.

"Don't worry! I'll make it easy for you" Mrs.Jeon smirked as she took out a knife.

She had wanted to do this for a long time and now that she could see the man breathing his last, her soul seemed to relax.

"M-my son"

"He'll join you soon after I'm done with him" she said piercing the knife into his heart.

"Eun-hee!" The alpha whispered in his last breath as his body now collapsed onto the floor.

"YOU!!" the lady screamed as she pulled out her knife and looked at the alpha with pure hatred.
"YOU COULD STILL NOT FORGET ABOUT HER!" she yelled as she  stabbed him again.

But what could she possibly get out of a dead body.
