Memory begin

Emilio looked with wide eyes and tears streaming as she struggles to come to terms with the sight that came through the door.

"It's your fault she divorced me?!?" Her dad yelled to the small child.

She shakes with her bottom lip quivering as the machine next to her monitoring her heart began to beep very loudly. The heart rate too high and reaching dangerous levels.

"Please" she whispers.

Her dad takes the smoking cigarette out of his mouth and going up to Emilio and puts out the flame using her arm.

She whimpers at the pain but coughs as the smoke enters her lungs.

"Oh, still sick? Maybe I should put you out of your misery" he suggested with a raised brow.

Emilio puts her head down as she cries begging with snot coming out of her nose and he just snares at her heading to the machine that is literally keeping her alive.

Memory end

When I woke up, it was in a sandwich between my parents. I smiled snuggling closer to my dad, whose arms tightened a bit more. Moms face scrunched up which means she is smiling.

I smiled as I felt her place a kiss to the back of my head, but remembered I needed to be up for when I meet my sensei at five thirty. I took the chance and glanced at the clock. It was four.

I carefully got up and as soon as I hit the door, dad was getting up too. We looked each other in the eyes and I hugged him whispering goodbye and left to change in my room.

I wore the same outfit as I did for the practice exam, only I wore my pants instead of shorts. I grabbed my swords since I was going to be training with them in the afternoon.

I mean, don't get me wrong. I am basic at best with it, it's not like I would bring them with me not knowing how to handle them. But I am mostly self taught, I would like to have more help. Professional help, if you may.

I got to the training ground and began with one blade. Switching hands so I could have a feel for it in my non-dominant hand.

After some time, I looked to assess the time and realized it was five exactly. So I quickly added to my weights, stretched and head to the academy.

By the time I got to the class, it was five ten and I was the only one there. I began doing one handed pushups followed by studying the sealing scrolls to waste time.
