FRIDAY - HOTEL ROOM - 6:34 PM
Finn laid in his bed, staring at the ceiling in a tired daze. He hadn't slept for almost three days now, and it was killing him. He didn't know what was wrong with him, but he wouldn't let himself confide in anyone else for answers.
Finn was starting to see things. As he stared at the ceiling; the light dangling from above — glowing up the room — suddenly became a bird, and it started flying around the room. Finns eyes followed the non-existing bird, and suddenly it hit the wall — disintegrating.
Finns eyes watered with tears, tho he didn't feel sad. He assumed it was from being sleep deprived, so he decided to grab his phone and scroll through his instagram to take his eyes off of anything that could turn into an animal and start flying or running around the room.
As Finn started scrolling, he easily got bored and frustrated, so he checked his notifications. He paid no attention to the notifications about who liked his posts, but was easily intrigued by the tags.
Sure, he'd been tagged before, many times actually — but two-thousand-and-eighty-seven tags? That was too much for just three days off of Instagram, even for Finn.
Finn clicked the tags option, instantly being shown with different posts and comments he'd been tagged in and he started reading the first comments he saw he was tagged in.
His eyes widened and watered with tears in a panicky daze.
"No, no, no."
They were all about people calling him out for his sexuality, and who he was dating. He read the comments — they were conspiracy theories, some questions. Then he clicked the first couple of posts he saw. They were all identical pictures. It was a picture of him kissing another boy, tho you couldn't tell who it was due to another body standing in the way, but it clearly wasn't a girl either.
It was a picture of him and Jack from behind the scenes of the interview on Tuesday, but he hadn't thought anyone was recording or taking pictures of anything — mainly because no one was aloud to. And lucky for Jack but unlucky for him, Jack couldn't be seen or made out.
Finn didn't know if it was from the adrenaline or the lack of sleep, but he'd started crying harshly. He got up, gripping his phone tightly and running into the living room.
