The mind is a wonderful tool for a human,

It destroys and it can create,

The mind hurts and heals,  there's no debate.

Rules forever change, for our thoughts are the dice,

Our drive, desires, the people we admire,

We can also tear each other's safe zone , leave it in ruin.

A little game called the mind, it is also a weapon,

This game allows us to empower, gives motivation,

If we aren't careful, the game can affect our life and devour us,

Puts us in good or bad technique, skill, and prowess.

Actions are the game pieces, which are controlled by the mind's dice roll and way of thinking,

From simple involuntary responses, to stronger forms of decision-making,

Our claim in life, what would guide us in the right direction,

A clear reaction is needed, so we roll in thoughts to play,

From the instruction of our thoughts, to the words that we say,

All comes from a little game called the mind.
