Reading Time

"Heya, kiddos. Has anyone seen Logan?" Patton asked, walking into the common room. He saw Roman flirting with Virgil. Virgil blushed when he realized Patton was standing behind the couch.

"O-Oh, Logan said he was going into his room," Virgil said.

"He muttered something about 'reading time'." Roman rolled his eyes.

"Great, thanks!" Patton smiled and waved. He walked to Logan's room and opened the door. "Hey, Logan? Do you ha-"

Patton stopped once he saw Logan.

In a unicorn onesie.

Reading a book.

Patton stared at Logan while Logan stared back.

"I-It's not what it looks like." Logan stuttered and closed his book.

"It looks exactly what it looks like!" Patton grinned and jumped up and down while clapping his hands together.

"At least close the door." Logan sighed while blushing.

Patton closed the door and walked up to Logan.

"Logie...? What is this?" Patton asks.

"Ugh... reading time..." Logan mutters.

"Adorable! Can I join?"

"It is not adorable and no," Logan said.

"Why not?" Patton frowns.

"This was supposed to be my private time alone," Logan says.

"I can go-"

"No!" Logan stands up, then clears his throat. "It... would be nice to have some company."

Patton grinned and snapped his fingers and he was in his cat onesie. He summoned a book.

"Can we make a pillow fort!?" Patton asked.

Logan smiled a bit. "Sure."

Logan and Patton sat inside the fort, cuddling each other while reading their books.

Patton looked up at Logan. "Logie...?"

"Yes, love?" Logan turned his head to look at his boyfriend.

Patton nuzzled into Logan. "I love you."

"I love you too." Logan smiled a bit.

They laid there in their fort and read together, content in each other's arms.

This was no longer just Logan's reading time. It was now their reading time.
