Chapter Twenty-Three: Rematch Part 2.

"......assemble." Steve said making everyone charge at the army in front of them. Jacqueline sliced right through three of the Chitauri creatures that were in front of her. A little distance away Pepper and Tony were fighting back to back and Drax was working with someone who must have been from another planet. Steve and Jacqueline stood back to back as they were surrounded by Chitauri. Jacqueline threw her scythe at a Chitauri to her left and caught the Shield Steve had thrown. She hit the Chitauri then grabbed the handle of what she thought was her scythe. When she pulled it through lightning hit where she wanted her scythe to go. She looked from her hands to Steve's.

"You have my scythe." She said as she handed him Mjolnir and his shield. He smiled and gave Jacqueline back her scythe before she ran off in a different direction. Jacqueline had been cutting through a group of Chitauri when she spotted Bucky. "James!" Bucky turned and spotted her with relief on his face.

"Doll!" He yelled as she wrapped her arms around his neck. "What the hell happened to your arm and elbow?"

"Thanos. Cut my arm off destroyed my elbow. You know the fun stuff." She said. Bucky rolled his eyes at her and pressed a kiss to her forehead.

"You and Steve are going to be the death of me." He mumbled as she ran off laughing.

"Cap, what do you want me to do with this damn thing?" Clint asked as he ran across the battle field.

"Get those stones as far away as possible!" Steve said as he took down more Chitauri.

"No! We need to get them back where they came from." Bruce said.

"No way to get them back. Thanos destroyed the quantum tunnel." Jacqueline pointed out as she took down a hoard of Chitauri.

"Hold on!" Scott said as he shrank to normal size. "That wasn't our only time machine." The van horn went off a ways from Jacqueline.

"Anyone see an ugly, brown van up there?" Steve asked all the flyers.

"Yes! But you're not gonna like where it's parked." Valkyrie told them.

"Scott, how long you need to get that thing working?" Tony asked as he took down a couple Chitauri.

"Maybe ten minutes." Scott said sounding iffy about his own statement.

"Get it started. We'll get the stones to you." Steve said looking from Scott to the field.

"We're on it, Cap." Hope said before her and Scott shrank down. Steve looked to Jacqueline and she nodded. Jacqueline put her fingers in her mouth and whistled for Jasper. Seconds later Jasper came running from the rubble. He reached Jacqueline and Steve and she point into the battle.

"Jasper get the stones." Jacqueline said as she started playing with the controller on her arm for her nano particles. Jasper took off and Jacqueline looked at Steve who was covering her.

"Clint, give the Gauntlet to Jasper." Jacqueline said as she shrank the glove so Jasper could carry it. Clint looked down when he heard a small yip at his feet. Jasper took the glove and ran away from the creatures trying to get to him. Jacqueline was making her way to Jasper when a bunch of the faster creatures caught up to him.
