Chapter 4

I woke up about two hours later. Ugh the day isn't over yet? I groaned and decided to take a shower. It was nice and hot. When I got out Courtney and Jared were in the room.
"Oh uhm.. Hi" I said nervously. I'm only in my towel.
"Oh gosh I'm sorry I thought you were at class!" Courtney said laughing.
"Yeah I decided not to go I'm not feeling well" I lied.
"Well we can leave you be, see you later" Courtney smiled, I gave her a shy smile back.

I got dressed in sweat pants and my baggy pullover sweater. I then opened my laptop and clicked on netflix. About 20 minutes later there was a knock on the door. Who could that be?
I walked up and opened it.
"Oh great just the person I didn't want to see" I mumbled.
"Where did you go?" Jensen asked confused.
"Well you and that waitress looked like you needed some space" I walked back to my bed and sat on it.
"I invited you to lunch, not her" he walked over to Courtney's bed and sat down.
"Thats not what it looked like" I was hurt. I thought he was different but I'm starting to realize Courtney's words were right. He's a player nothing else.
"Dani, it's not like that" he said putting his hand on his forehead.
"Your reputation is pretty exact" I said not looking at him.
"What does that mean?" he asked annoyed. I made him mad. Shit.
"I don't know, all the stuff I hear about you is true" I explained still not looking at him.
"Oh and what have you heard? I play girls? I've had sex with more girls than I have toes and fingers?" he was mad.
I looked up at him. In his eyes I saw hurt and that just made my heart sink.
"Well it's true" when he said that I was surprised.
"W-why? Why do you do that?" I asked. I wanted him so bad.
"Cause I'm allowed" he said coldly.
"You shouldn't! You have the great characteristics of a great person! you can't just ruin that by being a douche!" I yelled. Why am I fighting with him? What is he doing to me?
"Daneel you don't know me!" he screamed back "things have happened to me! Bad things! So don't judge me!" when he said that I immediately thought of my mom.
I felt brave.
"What kind of stuff?" I asked my voice normal.
"None of your business" he looked away. I want to kiss him. What? No I don't.
"I think I know how you feel" I looked down at my hands.
"My dad left my mom for someone younger and prettier than her, shortly after my brother left because he didn't appreciate the way my mom was acting. He left because my mom was crying everyday. And now I left her, when she needs me most" I looked up at him his face was sad.
"My mom died when I was 15" he said quietly. "My dad abused me everyday after that, he blamed me for her death" my heart ached.
I got up and hugged him. Surprisingly he hugged me back.
"I-i'm so sorry" I sniffled.
"I don't want your pity Dani" he said putting his head on my neck.
Is he lying? Is this all a trap?
"Can I tell you something?" he asked me pulling out of the hug.
"Uhm. Sure" I said sitting back onto my bed.
"I've never told anybody what I just told you" he played with his fingers.
"Oh" I hope this is real.
Before I could go on his lips crashed to mine. They were soft and warm just like I'd imagined. He lifted me up and I wrapped my legs around his waist. His tongue grazed my bottom lip for access, I granted. Our tongues danced together. I can't believe this is what I've been missing. Wait. What am I doing?!
I pulled back.
"We shouldn't be doing this" I said moving off of him. As I did, I was sad to not feel his warmth anymore.
"What? Why?" he asked desperatly.
I looked at him.
"I really want it like really" I started
"But I don't want to be part of your little game" I looked up at his emerald green eyes.
"I want you Dani, I don't just want to fuck you and leave. You're different. I want to go slow and steady with you"
he said takin my hand in his.
Is this happening? He wants me?!
"I-I don't know what to say Jensen" I was speachless.
"Just be mine?" he asked.
He leaned in and kissed me soflty.
He then started kissing my jaw bone.
"Oh, Jensen" I whimpered.
I could feel his smile grow. I've wanted this for so long. He lied me down on my bed. Kissing down my neck. He then sucked on my neck leaving a purple mark.
"You're mine now" he whispered in my ear. That just made my heart race.
He continued kissing me and started going down to my breasts.
"Jensen, not yet" I stopped him.
He looked up at me.
"I understand" he looked dissappinted.
Courtney then opened the door revealing Jensen on top of me.
Her smile grew.
"Ohhhhhhhh" she said.
I pushed Jensen off of me.
"Nothing was happening" I said fastly.
I saw Jensen grab my phone. I heard a beep from his showing he put his number in my phone.
"Uh huh" Courtney said.
" I think I'm gonna head out" Jensen said awkwardly. When he said that I felt sad.
"Okay" I said.
"Tell me everything" Courtney said.
