Inside: Pym's House
Basement: Fitness Area 🕊

It's now AJ and Scott training as Hope stands to the side, watching and observing. Scott sweating and punching forward towards AJ as she blocks the punches with her hands, Scott then lands a painful blow to AJ's gut, making her grunt and step back.

Scott mocks a pout as he looks and says to her in a baby voice, "Aw! You okay? Did I hurt-" He gets cut off by AJ punching directly in his face, making him stumble back by the semi-hard blow.

AJ then runs towards Scott and swiftly jumps up, using his shoulders for support as she wraps her legs around his neck tightly and grabs one of his arms before she spins a bit and uses her weight to take Scott down, she holds his arm tightly and twists it a bit.

AJ looking down at Scott smugly as he's squished against her thighs and then Scott immediately taps her thighs as in saying 'I'm out' or 'I'm done'. AJ lets go of Scott and immediately breaths out.

A little while later as Scott is shirtless, revealing his abs, he puts some alcohol on a bandage cloth that's in his hands, he has a couple of bruises from training and has a cut on the right side of his ribs. Scott groans and breaths out in pain as he daps the alcohol soaked cloth on his cut.

AJ walks in the room and stops as she looks at shirtless Scott, she stares for a moment as he tends to his wound, she looks at him up and down before she speaks up, startling him and he looks at her, "Hank wants you outside for target practice."

Outside: Backyard

Dr. Pym holds out two discs with two different colours in the middle, on the right hand is blue and on the left is red, Hank explains, "The suit has no weapons, so I made you these discs." Hank throws the red-disc towards a shelf of object to use as target practice, it hits a beer bottle and it shrinks, Hank's voice, "Red shrinks." Scott throws a blue-disc and it passes the targets and hit a gnome behind the shelf in the ground and it enlarges the object, Hank's voice, "Blue enlarges."

Small Sized World: Backyard Ground
Inside: Ant Cave / Tunnel

Scott/Ant-Man is back in the ant cave/tunnel to find and learn the fourth ant species, he finds a bunch of fiery looking ants. Hope's voice says, "Solenopsis mandibularis."

Dr. Pym's voice explains as Scott/Ant-Man sees the ants forms together as a bridge, "Known for their bite, the fire ants have evolved into remarkable architects." He runs through the self-ant made bridge to the other side, "They are handy to get you in and out of difficult places."

Present Time: Kitchen 🕊

Scott wearing the earpiece to control and speak to the ants, he leans down at the edge of the table, staring at the three ants, one of them is Ant-thony, he's still trying to get the ants to put the sugar cube into the teacup. AJ sitting at the end of the table, she's resting her chin on her forearms that's leaning on the table.

Hank standing to the side with his arms crossed, watching Scott try and communicate with the ants, Dr. Pym encourages lowly, "You can do it, Scott. Come on." Scott squints to try harder before the ants don't do anything and Ant-thony flies off.
