Outside: Grass / Field

Sam/Falcon turns as he flies down and lands on the ground, he's looking down to locate small Scott/Ant-Man who stops running and covers his head as Sam/Falcon lifts his foot up and stomps it down to stamp on small Scott/Ant-Man who pushes it away, making Sam/Falcon step back.

Small Scott/Ant-Man jumps up and punches Sam/Falcon in the face before landing in his left shoulder and punches Sam/Falcon again.

Sam/Falcon quickly activates his wings and grabs pieces of tech on his hips, holding them up and it automatically connects together, transforming into machine guns, he shoots towards small Scott/Ant-Man as the wings fly backwards up in the air.

Small Scott/Ant-Man is holding on and hanging off the top of the machine-gun in Sam's right hand as he shoots. Sam/Falcon lands on the ground about 20 feet away and the wings close.

Small Scott/Ant-Man hits Sam's left hand who swings his arm back unexpectedly while Scott's voice shouts, "Sorry!" Small Scott/Ant-Man punches Sam/Falcon in the face, he moves to the right and he sees small Scott/Ant-Man jumps in the air in front of him quickly and small Scott/Ant-Man punches Sam/ Falcon again as his voice tells Sam/Falcon apologetically, "Look, I'm sorry about this. Sorry." Sam/Falcon swings his left arm forward to hit small Scott/Ant-Man but misses.

Sam/Falcon swings his right fist down and hits the ground as he kneels but he quickly stands up and poses in a fight position, he shouts, "That's enough!"

Inside: Sam's Falcon Goggles

Sam looking down at where he hit the ground, which is where small Scott/Ant-Man is at since Sam/Falcon actually hit him down. Sam watches as small Scott/Ant-Man jumps up to punch him.

Small / Normal Sized World
Outside: Grass / Field

Sam/Falcon swings forward and punches small Scott/Ant-Man as he jumps at him and Scott/Ant-Man emerges to normal size as he falls back on the ground, he rolls up to a kneel position as he looks down and groans.

Sam/Falcon walks over to Scott/Ant-Man and grabs him, pulling up to stand and Scott/Ant-Man hits Sam's hands off him and Sam/Falcon punches Scott/Ant-Man back down to a kneel and Scott groans.

Sam/Falcon steps forward towards Scott/Ant-Man as he activates his wings and grabs Scott/Ant-Man by the neck and Scott/Ant-Man grabs Sam's wrist as Sam/Falcon flies them up in the air. Sam/Falcon swings his left fist and punches Scott/Ant-Man before he let's go of him, Sam/Falcon watches as Scott/Ant-Man falls and shrinks back down.

Sam/Falcon flies down and looks at the ground as he lands and his wings close back in the pack. Small Scott/Ant-Man jumps up and emerges to normal size, he lands on his shoulders and wraps his legs around his neck tightly as he grabs his left arm and spins a bit before he uses his weight to take Sam/Falcon down, it's the same move that AJ did on Scott/Falcon when they were training (From Chapt 18).

Inside: Basement
Pym's Lab 🕊

Hope standing behind AJ and Hank, pacing a bit with her arms crossed, she watches Scott/Ant-Man do the move on the monitor-screen and opens her mouth in shock as she tilts her head impressed before she looks down at AJ who's staring at the screen with a impressed and proud smile, happy that Scott remembered.
