A sliver sports car driving down the road.

Security Gate

The sliver sports car with no top, drives up to Pym Technologies and stops at the security gate.

The Pym Tech gate guard looks at the person in the car surprised disbelief, "Dr. Pym?"

Dr. Pym nods sarcastically, "Yes. I'm still alive." The guard smiles and presses the gate button to let Pym drive through the gate.

Pym opens the door and enters the building, walking up to the security check. Hank nods in greeting to the security guard.

The Pym Tech security guard asks Hank professionally, "I.D?"

Dr. Pym empties his pockets and puts his personal items in the security tube, Hank says as he looks behind the security guard, "Perhaps that will suffice." The security guard looks behind him and sees the massive painting of Pym in his younger days hanging on the wall.

The security guard looks back at Hank who smiles knowingly and waits patiently, the guard tells him, "Very sorry, sir." He gestures through the metal-detector frame, "Please come in." Hank then walks through the metal-detector frame.

A couple minutes later, Hank gets his personal items back and slowly walking along the building, two women walk past Hank, one looking at him in recognition, the Pym Tech employee asks her co-worker lowly and softly, "Is that Hank Pym?"

Hank stops walking and looks in front of him to see a bald man shaking hands with a guest before turning his head and looks at Hank.

A woman with a bob hair cut walks up and stands on Hank's right, she smirks and greets Hank, "Good morning, Hank."

Dr. Pym looks at the woman and greets shortly, "Hope." He sighs, "Would it kill you to call me dad?"

The woman named Hope van Dyne, Hank's daughter, she's still smirking but coldly and steps forward to stand in front of Hank as she looks down at the tablet in her hands, "Well, Dr. Cross will be so please that you could find the time to join us today."

The bald man named Darren Cross walks up to them and semi-corrects Hope, "More like 'thrilled.'" Cross looks at Hank a bit bitterly as he politely shakes hands with him.

Dr. Pym tells Cross, "I was surprised to receive any kind of invitation from you, Darren." They let go of each other's hand and Hank glances at Hope, "What's the occasion?"

Cross tells Hank, "Oh, you'll see." He looks to Hope, "Won't he, Hope?" Hope glances over to Hank who looks at her but she gives him a cold look before turning her back to him.

Hope smiles at Cross as she tells him, "We're ready for you inside." Hope walks away from them.

Cross looks to Hank and nods to where Hope left, saying to Hank, "Ouch." He lightly grabs Hank's shoulder and turns him around, they both start walking forward, he's referring to Hope, "I guess some old wounds never heal, huh?" Hank glances over his shoulder to see the people behind him, starting to follow him and Cross who tells Hank, referring to Hope, "Don't worry, she's in good hands." They go up to a door as Hope swipes a card key and it beeps in approval, she turns to face Cross and the guests. Cross looks and tells Hank, "You're in for a treat." He goes to walk away before gets stopped.

Pym stops walking and tells Cross, "Just one second, I'm waiting for someone."

Cross blinks surprised and asks Hank, "Oh, who?"
