"The strange gem continued to stare at us, our creation, stared at us...

They were around the same height as Aamber, and had some prominent muscles, they had a long flowing mane of hair down their back, white in color. They also wore a unitard, much like me and Jets first formations. Their gem was on their right shoulder, and they paused to look at us. But her skin was also a different color than most of us, a pale green. The front of their hair was angled into a point.

"Prasiolite, Facet 2F01, Cut 3XG, awaiting orders!" she said, stiffening up in a salute.

"What the..?" Ambre murmured...

The 'Prasiolite' burst out laughing.

"I kid, I kid. So anyway who exactly are you?"

Everyone continued to stare and turned to look at Ambrosia, who had been sitting, fiddling with her hair.

"Hm? Oh! Yes, Coral wanted me to have a knowledge transfer, possibly because I'm the smartest here," which was met with an assortment of grumbles and snickering, "I used some things I learned and made up some classifications to assign each Gem a specific number and 'cut' based on their shape, and by the way, Prasiolite, I'm Ambrosia, and these are the other Ambers."

"Ah, so what happens now?" Prasiolite said.

"I suppose you could help us pack up, we're heading back to the city."

"Sounds nice, can I accompany you?"

"We were planning on bringing you in the first place."

"Nice! I'll help." As we packed up, Prasiolite did a fair job of showing off her strength, which far surpassed any of us.

When we arrived back in town, everyone was in shock, one, because we were gone so long, and two, Praisolite was with us. They couldn't stop asking about this new Gem, and Eventually, our town was full of gems grown from rock, each one with a specialized ability, like us, only to a greater magnitude. However, this came with a cost, eventually, we had withdrawn almost a quarter of the life on the planet, and it was beginning to affect it.

"Well, what should we do?" I debated amongst some gems, "We can't kill the planet?"

"Thennnnn... why don't we find a new one?" A Peridot piped up.

"Hmmm... I suppose that could work, but where could we find one and how could we get there..."

"I'll make you a bet, my team of Peridots and I will assemble a functioning spacecraft. If it works, we'll go to a new planet, if it doesn't I suppose we'll be 'grounded' if you will, for the time being."

"Deal!" I explained, and I shook her hand in bargain.

Two months later...

The Peridot I had made a deal with earlier suddenly ran up to me.

"The craft should be operational today, would you like to see it in action?"

"Why not?" I replied, and we walked to a large pad in the middle of a field. On it was a green spacecraft in the shape of a three dimensional diamond, with two pieces of metal jutting out from its sides, acting as wings, on its back was what appeared to be several engines, there was also an empty compartment where some Peridots were putting in other, much smaller things that were in similar shape to the craft without the wings, and were being very careful in doing so.

"It is also weaponized in the potential that something might happen."

"Mhm... do you know if it will work?"

"The odds are approximately 84.938% chance of success."

"Okay... so what now."

"Get on in there!" The Peridot said, and I was shoved into the spacecraft, the door locking behind me.
