I slipped on my tank top and shorts before putting on my armor. I grabbed my goggles and slipped them on my head.
"Spector 6 to cockpit!" My com screeched.
"On my way." I said as I rushed out of the room.
I ran to the cockpit to see Kanan with the door open.
"You want a ride? Kid, you have a better option? Come on! Leave the crate. You'll never make it!" Kanan yelled.
Soon a kid jumped onto the ramp and I helped Kanan get the box. Kanan opened it to reveal weapons and I saw the kid's eyes go wide.
"Do you have any idea what these are worth on the black market?" The kid asked shocked.
"I do, actually." Kanan said with a frown.
"Don't get any ideas." Zeb said as he pushed him always
"They're mine." The kid growled out.
"If you hadn't gotten in our way--"
"Too bad. I got to them first." He said cutting Zeb off.
Zeb went to hit him but I grabbed his hand and shook my head no.
"It's not who's first. It's who's last. Keep an eye on our friend here." Kanan ordered.
I followed Kanan to Hera and plopped down in the co-pilot seat.
"You said this was a routine op. What happened down there?" Hera asked with a frown.
Chopper made a noise and I smiled as I shook my head.
"Ugh, Chopper, please. It's been a difficult morning." Kanan said as he let out a groan.
"He has a point, love. We've got four TIE fighters closing in."
"Hera, how about a little less attitude and a little more altitude? If I didn't know better, I'd think you did that on purpose."
"If you knew better, we wouldn't be in this situation. Seriously, Kanan, what happened?"
"He did." Kanan said as he pointed to the kid on the screen.
"A kid tripped you up? Must be some kid. Spill it."
"Aren't you a little busy at the moment?"
"Spill."
"You know if I had been there-"
"No, not after that stunt you pulled last time." Kanan growled out.
"Fine, I'm going to go check on the kid, make sure Zeb doesn't kill him." I said calmly.
I made it to Zeb and saw the kid gone.
"Zeb, Where's the kid?" I asked with a frown.
"Calm down. He's in.....here." He said as he opened the door to reveal it empty's
"Zeb, where is he?" Kanan asked through the com.
"Well, he is still in the ship." He said softly.
"Oh, he's in the ship, all right." Sabine said with a chuckle.
Soon we found the kid and escaped the empire.
"Let go. You can't keep me here. Take me back to Lothal." The kid frowned out.
"Calm down. That's exactly what we're doing." Hera said softly.
"Wait. Right now? With Imperials chasing us?"
