It had been a few weeks since I left and I had finally arrived on Jedha. I pulled my cloak over my head and walked through the streets. I frowned as I saw a man in a suit waiting in front of a building. He nodded his head towards me and walked inside. I followed him inside and was instantly pinned to the wall with a gun to my head.

"Hello Saw." I said softly.

"(Y/n), you must be a fool to come here." He growled out.

"I'm here to ask about my parents." I said softly.

He moved away and shook his head.

"You must be desperate to come to me. Why not ask Lux?"

"Think I haven't already?" I asked with a frown.

"What do you want to know?"

"Where are they?"

"I don't know."

"Please Saw, ask Lux if he knows anything, lie and say you need their help, I don't care I just..... I need to know them."

"Look Tano has been missing for years, and the same for your father."

"Someone has to know something. They can't just be ghosts." I said as I followed him through the buildings.

"You'd be surprised. Listen I'll ask around, but you might not get the answers you want." He said softly.

"Thank you, this means the world to me." I said softly.

"You really should talk to Lux, he asks about you."

"Saw, I haven't spoken to him in years. The last time we talked he said I meant nothing to him." I said with a frown.

"You know that isn't true."

"Yea, I wish it wasn't." I said softly.

"Hey boss there is a message on." A man said.

I followed Saw to a room with a big table and frowned when I heard Ezra's voice.

"We have been called criminals, but we are not. We are rebels, fighting for the people, fighting for you. I'm not that old, but I remember a time when things were better on Lothal. Maybe not great, but never like this. See what the Empire has done to your lives, your families and your freedom? It's only gonna get worse... unless we stand up and fight back. It won't be easy. There will be loss and sacrifice. But we can't back down just because we're afraid. That's when we need to stand the tallest. That's what my parents taught me. That's why my new family helped me remember. Stand up together. Because that's when we're strongest-- as one." Ezra said softly.

The message ended and I let out a sigh.

"You know him?" Saw asked softly.

"His name is Ezra, he is.... he's family." I said softly.

"He is brave."

"Yea, they all are." I said softly.

I heard a beeping sound and looked down to see my com.

"Spector-6 here." I said softly.

"It's Zeb, I didn't expect you to answer." He said softly.

"I heard Ezra's message, good job." I said with a smile.

"(Y/n).... we have a problem." He said softly.

"What's wrong?" I asked calmly.

"Kanan.... the Empire has him." He said sadly.

"I'm on my way." I said before I hung up.

"I have to go." I said as I looked at Saw.

"I'll have my men give you a lift." Saw said softly.

"Thank you. And use this to contact me. Empire can't track them." I said as I handed him a com.

He nodded his head and I turned and left the building. I soon made it to Lothal and found the Ghost. I saw Hera and the others outside and walked towards them.

"I thought you were supposed to be the same one. This whole plan is as crazy as those colors." Zeb said with a frown.

"Maybe you're right. Maybe this mission doesn't make military sense. But Kanan is family. And we've all lost enough family to the Empire. So rescuing him makes sense to me. I-I'm not ordering you-- any of you-- to come along. But you need to decide now. In or out?" Hera said softly.

"I'm in." Ezra said calmly.

"I'm in." Sabine said softly.

"Karabast. I'm in. But what about that?"

"Eh, no time to fix it. Besides, the Imperials will only scan it. By the time the Imperials see it--"

"It'll be too late." Sabine said softly.

"I'm in." I said as I walked up to them.

"(Y/n)!" Ezra exclaimed as he ran up and hugged me.

"Sorry it took me so long to get here. What do we know so far?" I asked softly.

We soon made it to where Kanan was and I stayed with Ezra.

"I'll send in our transporter code as soon as we know Kanan is there. Ezra?" Hera asked softly.

"Well, here goes nothin'." Ezra said as he closed his eyes.

"So anything?" Zeb asked calmly.

"Give him a minute?" I asked softly.

"We don't really have a minute."

"Ezra, is he there?" Hera asked softly.

"He's there. He's alive!" Ezra exclaimed.

"Sending codes."

"Transport sShip 63378 cleared for decking. We have 10 TIEs inbound with reinforcements. Open Bay 5."

"They bought it. Chop, send in Sabine's present." Hera said with a smile.

We soon made it inside and I snuck through the vents with Ezra. After knocking the guards out we made it inside the room.

"Turns out you taught me pretty well." Ezra said with a smile.

"You shouldn't have come here, but I'm glad you did." Kanan said softly.

"You would've done the same for me. In fact, you have."

"You okay?" I asked as I helped Kanan.

"Never been better. Glad to see you." He said as he sent me a smile.

"At last, a fight that might be worthy of my time." The Inquisitor said calmly.

Ezra was kicked on the platform and Kanan reached for him.

"No!" Kanan yelled.

"Ezra!" I yelled as I saw him hit the platform below us.

"That was a mistake." Kanan growled out.

"Why? Because you have no one left to die for you?" The Inquisitor asked.

"No. Because I have nothing left to fear."

They soon started to fight and I felt tears stream down my face as I saw Ezra on the platform. I felt anger boil up inside of me and I closed my eyes.

"Don't give in." A voice whispered.
