When I opened my eyes I was on a cot with a white blanket over me. I set up and saw that my make up was gone and my tattoos were out for everyone to see.
"You should stop covering your tattoos, they are cute." A voice said.
I quickly turned and saw Lando leaning against the wall.
"What happen?" I asked softly.
"You got injured, you've been out for awhile."
"How long?" I asked with a frown.
He let out a sigh and looked I glared at him.
"Lando, how long have I been out?" I asked sternly.
"Five years." He said softly.
My eyes went wide and I looked at him shocked. I couldn't been out for five years could I? It seemed like a few minutes ago I was fighting Vader with Ezra.
"But it was just one hit, how could I be out for five years?" I asked shocked.
"Vader injured you more then one hit." He said softly.
I went to set up but let out a gasp as pain went through my body. Lando gently forced my to lay back down and I looked up at him. I felt fear hit me as I realized I was alone. I looked around and then looked back at him.
"My family?"
"Hera is on a mission off planet, Zeb and Kallus are on Lasan and Sabine is off on some mission."
"What about Kanan and Ezra?" I asked as I held my breath.
His smile disappeared and I felt my heart stop as the words left his lips.
"They are gone."
"What do you mean gone? Like missing?"
"Well Ezra is missing, but.... Kanan was killed."
I felt tears stream down my face as I held back a sob. Lando let out a sigh and gently pulled me into a hug.
"I'm sorry." He whispered.
A sob broke from my lips as I held onto him. It wasn't fair, I should of been there. I should of been able to save Kanan, but now he is dead.... and I'm alone. I soon calmed down and a doctor came in and checked me over. It was a week before I could get back on my feet and in that week I hadn't seen any of my crew. Lando stood beside me the whole time and I was thankful for that.
"You have some guests." Lando said with a smile.
I looked behind him and smiled as I saw Hera walk in with a little boy.
"Who is this little guy?" I asked happily.
"This is my son Jacen. Jacen meet Aunt (Y/n)." Hera said softly.
"Wait is he-"
"Kanan's.... yes. I'm sorry it has taken me so long to come see you, but with the war over-"
"The war ended?" I asked shocked.
She nodded her head and I laid back on my bed. She told me about everything I had missed and I felt sadness overcome me as I let out a sigh.
"I missed a lot in five years."
"I know... I'm so happy that you are finally awake." She said as she hugged me.
"Have you talked to Zeb and Sabine? Or even Ahsoka and Rex?"
She looked at the ground and I frowned as I watched her take a seat.
"What's wrong?" I asked softly.
I couldn't take any bad news, please don't have her give me any bad news. But of course I'm not that lucky.
