"my parents fought, my boyfriend has been busy these past few days and i have no one to talk to, what a great life." ellie chuckled sarcastically and sighed. she was feeling sad lately and has been needing comfort, but her boyfriend was too busy with his work.

she does understand, luz apologized about this too, but she just can't help but feel neglected.

she layed down on their bed in her and luz's room then eventually fell asleep, temporarily forgetting the stress she has.

"ellie? i'm back!" luz who just came home yelled from the front door as he removed his shoes, but there was no reply.

the whole house was silent.

luz wondered what might have happened while he was gone, he thought of places where to find ellie and he quickly ran to their room with worry about his girlfriend.

he opened the door and his eyes suddenly softened at the sight he was welcomed by.

ellie was crying in her sleep.

he walked to her and woke her up, "baby are you okay? you were crying in your sleep." luz asked with worry.

"i was?" ellie sat on the bed and asked, she then rubbed her eyes and discovered there were really tears.

"is everything okay? is something bothering you? is it me!?" luz gasped at his last question and oh the poor baby looks like he's about to cry.

ellie looked down on the floor and felt her tears about to come back, "i-it's just that stress was getting to me lately.. my parents fought and i felt.. neglected by you."

the giraffe-bulldog-germanshepherd-chihuahua-toiletbowl guy (inside joke of us friends) hugged his girlfriend and whispered (luz's asmr), "i'm sorry, i'm sorry for being too busy with my work and neglecting you.. i don't how else i'll comfort you but i'm sure your parents will make up with each other since they love each other right?" luz said and ellie nodded.

luz continued, "and actually.. i.. have the day off tomorrow! we can go on a date!" he cheered and ellie looked up to him, "really!?" she squealed.

"yes, really!" luz replied which made ellie hug him tight.

"where do you want to go tomorrow?" he asked, ellie put her finger on her chin, thinking.

"hmmm.. i don't care wherever as long as i'm with you!" she replied, giggling.

luz smirked at her reply, "then you don't mind even if i send you to heaven just using our bed? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)" he asked, which made ellie blush 69 shades of red.

"you pervert! it's still early, we can save that for later ~ ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)" ellie replied which made them both burst out of laughter.

their laughter eventually died down, and there was a comfortable silence between the two, until ellie talked.

"by the way luz.. welcome home." ellie said and smiled at her boyfriend.

luz smiled back at her.

"i'm home baby, i'm home."
