CALLIE'S POV
Next Night......
Brandon just picked me up for out date and he's taking me somewhere that is apparently going to be amazing. But Im looking out the window and it literaly looks like we're in the middle of nowhere.
"Brandon?"
"Mhm?" replies concentrating on the road
"Where are we going. Ive never been here?"
"Thats the point its meant to be special and different" He explains which makes me smile thinking about how much thought he put into this.
"Alrighty and we're here" He says pulling up to random grassland.
'Mhm. Umm Brandon..."
"Yeah?"
"There's nothing here" I tell him
"you sure about that" He says getting out and running over to my side to open the door. When we get out he leads me past some trees to this amazing lookout where I see it lit up with lights and a picnic sort of setout dinner.
"Brandon.....This is amazing..." I say still shocked
"I hoped you would like it" I says smiling at me.

"Good" He then walks me over to the setup with is arm still around my waist keeping me close. Its like he's afraid he'll lose me.
Tonight has been amazing. Its pretty much been suprise after surprise and each better then before.
"Brandon you didnt have to do so much for tonight" I tell him

"Would it be bad it I said I was missing our little man" He then hesitates to say making me smiling like an idiot.
"No. That would make you amazing" I tell him and smiles back.
"shall we?" He asks putting his arm out to escort me to the car.
"We shall" I answer linking mine with his.
When we get home its just before 10 and I dont expect Sammy to be awake but ya never know with Marianna. We walk in and hear giggling roar throughout the house.
"I guess our bedtime instructions got tossed out the window" I whisper to Brandon
"Every rule probably go tossed out the window with Marianna in charge" he replies making me laugh.
We go up the stairs to Sammy's room where the laughing is coming from. We see Sammy on the ground and Marianna on top tickling him like a mad woman.
"Ahem"
"Oh hey guys your back early" Marianna says jumping off Sammy an pulling him into her lap making him giggle again.
"Yeah well we missed out main man" I said walking over to give him a kiss on the head.
"ahh well we were just about to go to bed" she says.
"Your about 2 hours late for that" brandon tells her
"Yeah soz about that"
"Soz?" brandon replies with a smirk on his face
"Shut up. Anyway Im gonna head home. Have funnnn" She says giving Sammy one more tickle and then leaves.
"did you have fun buddy?" B asks
'Yeah it was heaps of fun. Daddy you stayin tonight?"
"I gotta go home tonight buddy to change my clothes but I promise I'll be back tomorrow ok?"
"Pleeease stay"
"I'll tuck you in and be back before you even wake up. Its like I never left"
"No" He says crossing his arms mad but I just find it cute and so does Brandon.
"Listen buddy. I need more clothes otherwise daddy will smell so how about we just agree on this for tonight?" Brandon asks calmly bending down to Sammy's level but I dont see Sammy backing down from what he wants.
"No. You're not allowed to leave"
"Sammy I have to"
"No"
"Samuel" I say "Dont be rude"
"He has to stay" He replies to me.
"He'll be back tomorrow buddy" I tell him but he shakes his head again.
"STAY!!!" He yells
"Samuel Jacob do not yell at us" I say sternly. "Bed. now." I tell him and he storms over to his bed and rolls over facing away from us.
"goodnight Sam" I say but he just ignores me.
"Night buddy" Brandon says leaning down to give him a kiss on the head but Sammy wipes it off and pulls the sheets over ignoring him too.
Brandon looks at me to see if he is meant to do anything but I just shakes my head and signal for him to follow me out. We go out to the back porch with a glass of wine each and I sit on his lap looking out to the back.
"that didnt go as expected" He says
I laugh "Yeah he isnt good with not getting what he wants. At least we know he wants you here" I joke
"Maybe not anymore though" He says laughing
"Nah. He's just having a tantrum. He'll be over it by the morning. But um I have work in the morning so I wont be here and have to leave at 5...."
"Oh thats early"
I chuckle "Thats why I want to get him into daycare. I know Marianna offered to watch him but I want him to interact with other kids and its just easier than having to reply on someone to be here on time ya know?"
"I can come to look at some daycares if ya want?"
"That'd be great"
"But I think mums might have to watch him tomorrow. I know I said I'd be here but I just remembered I have a meeting with someone and cant reschedule"
"Thats ok but are you sure they'll be able to watch him?"
"Yeah mum has tomorrow off so you cant just drop him off on your way or she can come here and wait till he wakes up then take him to their house for the day?"
"Yeah alright I'll give her a call when you leave" I say
"Well since you have to be up at 5 I bettr get going now then" He says
"I guess...."
"Whats up?"
"Nothing. I just. I'll miss you"
"I'll miss you too" He says before locking lips with me. It starts getting intense and we both place our glasses on the table and I turn to straddle his waist.
