From the earliest days of my childhood, I knew I was different. I had a deep connection with someone many call 'Jesus.' It might sound hard to believe, but our bond was so real. He visited me in my dreams, offering advice about my family, friends, and classmates and all kinds of things.
Our conversations weren't just about spiritual things. We talked about movies, ice cream flavors, favorite books, teachers, pets, and the wonders of the animal world. Once, I built a wooden cross and lay on it, trying to understand His sacrifice.
Being different was tough, especially as a kid. Other children weren't always kind to someone who stood out. But my uniqueness went beyond my spiritual connection. I experienced things others didn't: premonitions, strange dreams, vivid images, unusual sensations, and a deep understanding of others and their lives. Sometimes, I even communicated with people who had passed away.
People were naturally drawn to me, seeking comfort, guidance, and healing. This made me question my place in the world. I was often called the "psychic kid" or the "whiz kid." These names brought teasing and sometimes attracted unpleasant people.
It wasn't just the bullying that made me feel different. It was as if I came from another place entirely. My thoughts, feelings, and actions set me apart. Anyone who's felt this way would understand the deep sense of disconnect I experienced.
Little did I know, my unique journey was just beginning. A series of unexplained experiences would follow me, creating an extraordinary story that was only starting to unfold.
