Rue POV
When she was born I made a promise to never even think about drugs. I deleted drugs out of my memory. I had to do it for her and I owed it to her.
Dr. Hagen told me about Vanessa.
Her full name was Vanessa Jane Quinn. Her mother died when she as seven and she turned to drugs at thirteen, when her father started abusing her. Vanessa wasn't put into the rehab center because she was an addict. She was a cold-blooded killer. She attempted to murder her father six times and no one believed him. They finally believed him when Vanessa poured hot steaming boiling water with acid on him when he was sleeping. He was hospitalized and since Vanessa was still a minor she was to serve seven years in a rehab center and one year in juvie.
Vanessa told them how her father abused her. They checked her vagina and found his DNA in some of her underwear and inside her.
Her father got ten years in prison.
Hagen told me Vanessa was a vile emotionless creature. She would stop at nothing and she was absolutely evil.
But I wish that bitch would try to hurt my daughter. I'll kill her myself.
