Chapter 4 : Knock Out

Mingi shook hands with Hongjoong before hugging him tightly.

"Sorry again" he apologized.

"I already told you we're good"

"Finally!" Seeonghwa sighed before letting himself fall onto his chair.

"Yah, it wasn't that bad" Hongjoong said.

"Let me be honest, everyone was done with both of you, even Y/N"

"Who?" Mingi interrogated.

"Y/N, the new one. They remembered their name"

"Y/N..." Mingi mumbled.

"I have good news for you" the captain announced to his Second In Command. "Y/N is your new roommate! Jongho appeared to get tired of you" he laughed.

It didn't really bother him that Jongho was sick of him being his roommate, honestly he could be annoying at times. He wasn't too happy with the idea of cohabitating with you. He decided to deal with it since it was Hongjoong's decision and couldn't really say anything against it.

He walked to the nursery room to tell the news. As he arrived, you were already asleep. San was still there, organizing his things.

"Mingi!" San smiled.

"It seems like you never get sleep and live in this room"

"I mean, that's pretty much it" he chuckled. "What can I do for you?"

"Hmm.. Y/N's my new roommate"

"Really? Great! What about Jongho?"

"He prefered having his own cabin"

"Well, I'm sure the both of you will get along"

"I'm not sure about it" Mingi said as he sat down.

"Why not?" San questioned.

"Well, I don't know them and... I would have prefered one of you, guys"

"I understand that you feel like they arrived out of the blue, but they're part of our crew now. One way or another, you'll have to get along"

"I know"

At this moment, a loud yawn was heard in the background. The two boys turned their heads to you to noticed they have waken you up.

"Hey, your new roomie came to say hello" San smiled.

You glanced at the man who didn't look so happy about the idea. Still, he politely suggested to lead your to your shared cabin. Since the beginning, you thought Mingi was cold-hearted and distant, so it was a surprise for you that he was your roommate from now on.

"It was Jongho before, but he decided to get one for himself" Mingi informed as you were starting to get more cozy.

"Oh, okay. I'm sorry if I'm a bother" you shyly replied.

"At least you know it" he stated before throwing himself onto his bed.

You froze for a moment and then went to bed as well. Why was he so rude towards you? Was he some kind of Yeosang Jr.? One thing for sure, he was sleeping loudly.

~The Next Day~

You were waiting for Yunho close to the main mast. As you were looking to your surroundings, you glanced at Mingi who was fixing you. It wasn't just fixing, more like hating on you with his eyes. You furrowed your eyebrows but got interrupted by a joyful Yunho. He explained how to climb up to the look-out post. No need to tell how complicated it seemed. Even though you were confused as hell, you still nodded while he was giving you instructions.

"So, I'll go first and just follow" he told you before climbing up a rope as you watched him, amazed. "You coming?"

You took a deep breath before trying to follow his actions. You could see how easy it was for him, since he does it everyday. You, on the other hand, were struggling your life. In addition of climbing for the first time, you were so weak compared to him. Being the intelligent person you are, you glanced down when you were about halfway. Out of panic, you had loosened your grip to the ropes. The last thing you heard was Yunho's voice screaming your name before you blacked out.

A ring was screeching in your ears. Even though you were unconscious, your mind was still working perfectly. Slowly, you got your eyesight back. The thing was, nothing was similar to the ship you were on seconds ago. There was a little house. You got closer in hopes to find some help. As you were about knock, you heard a male voice calling your name. The door opened and a little kid was standing there. They laughed before running into the woods that were facing their home. You followed their way with your eyes before the same voice called your name. You shot your eyes towards the house again to see a little boy smiling. He was still calling your name. He ran to the other kid and caught them in his arms. He oddly looked familiar. You tried to reach to them, but it seemed like they couldn't hear you. Then, you noticed the little kid had the same laugh as yours. How could it be possible? You turned your look to the boy and everything suddenly clicked in your head.
