~Onyx p.o.v.~
"You don't have to be nervous Calum" I chuckle while Calum fiddles with his keys. "It's not everyday you have a beautiful girl coming over" Calum mutters. "You think I'm beautiful?" I say in awe. Calum's blood rises to his cheeks, distracting me from his awnser. Finially he got his door to open. Calum walks inside, expecting me to follow right after. But I can't, vampires have to be invited into another person's house. "w-why are you standing t-there? I-is something wrong?" Calum stutters. I shake my head and look at the porch. I can't cross that line. "Why don't you come on in Onyx?" Calum sighs. Now I can cross that line. "Thanks" I mutter while hanging my coat next to Calum's.
Calum and I are in the middle of a discussion when we hear some cups fall down onto the floor. "Grandpa!"Calum shrieks. I flinch while Calum stands up to help his grandfather pick up the theacups. "I'm sorry, I didn't know you had company over Calum" I hear Thomas say. He's alive. "Why'd you drop it?" Calum groans while he kneels down and tries to rub the thea from the carpet. I hear someone shuffle towards me but I don't dare to look up. Thomas is going to freak out, if he doesn't know I'm here yet. I stand up but don't face him.
"Grandpa, this is Onyx, Onyx, Thomas Hood" Now I have to turn around. I smoothly turn on my heels and look into the brown eyes that I once loved so much. Thomas's jaw drops and anger fills his eyes. "What is she doing here?! You invited her in?! How stupid can you be Calum?!" Thomas yells at a confused Calum. I hear a pair of feet storming down the stairs and when a small woman walks into the room it's my turn to be surprised.
Joy's alive too.
"Joy! Honey, stay away!" Thomas pleads standing in between me and his daughter. "What is going on?" Calum groans pulling me away from his family. "Don't touch her son! she's dangerous" Thomas whispers like I'm not even here. "Dad, you're just a bit confused, come, let's leave them alone and go upstairs yeah?" Joy says calm. Thomas looks at me, shocked before agreeing and walking out of the room.
"I'm so sorry, my grandpa is just confused, he probably thought you were someone else" I doubt that. Calum hugs me quickly. "I think I should go" I mutter. "Shit, he messd it up right?" No Calum. I did, 54 years ago. "I'll see you tomorrow Calum, I had a great time" I quickly kiss his cheek before walking towards the front door. Thomas is still walking up the stairs. "Bye" I wave at him with a shy smile.
