(Some dialogue from the Clone Wars: Season 3 Episode 16 was used during the vision scene in this chapter.)
Minutes later, the two girls found themselves in front of an Imperial ship yard. The cement walls towered high over their heads. The wings of TIE Fighters met their gaze. Ania quickly used the Force to jump atop the wall. She scanned the shipyard until her eyes rested on the Ravager. Her B-wing was in the center of the yard, surrounded by AT-ST's.
Ania slid off the wall. "The Ravager is being guarded. They expect me to come for it," she whispered.
"They don't expect me." Tolsa smiled mischievously. "What if I go in and try to steal it? I'll distract the troopers while you get to the Ravager."
Ania smiled slowly. "Why didn't I find you sooner?"
"Probably because I was never allowed to leave. Let's go!" Tolsa moved towards the wall.
Ania quickly lifted her to the top of the wall, before jumping up herself. Together, they slid to the other side. Ania passed one of her blasters to Tolsa. She ducked behind the wing of a TIE and began to wait. Tolsa strolled confidently towards a stormtrooper. "Hey, there! Is that the Ravager?"
"Hey, you can't be here. This is a restricted area!" The trooper hollered.
"Oh, really? My bad." Tolsa whipped the blaster up and shot the trooper. She ducked behind a TIE and motioned for Ania to go. The distraction was working. Stormtroopers rushed towards Tolsa. Ania jumped on top of the TIE and began to work her way towards the Ravager, jumping from ship to ship.
She landed on the Ravager's wing and silently opened the emergency hatch. Her feet made no sound as they touched the metal floor. She quietly crept along until the mutter of voices halted her. "This has got to be the most boring job in the Galaxy," a stormtrooper groaned.
She heard a clank as armor struck armor. "Shut up. This is very important! We have to stop the merc from taking back the ship and escaping!" Another trooper admonished.
"A merc? Come on, boys. Is that really the best you can do?" Ania lounged against the doorway, casually cleaning her fingernails.
"It's her! Blast her!" One of the troopers yelled. They both fired stun rays at her. Ania whipped her shoto up, blocking both shots. Its white blade hummed.
"Not a good idea. This is my ship. I know it better than you do. Who knows how many traps I have in here," Ania drawled, creeping closer to the stormtroopers.
"Don't come any closer or I'll blast you!" One of them hissed.
"That didn't work out so well for you before. What makes you think it'd be different ten seconds later?" Ania lunged forward, deactivating her blade and hitting the trooper in the side of the head with it. She pulled a roundhouse kick on the other, sending him sprawling to the floor. Ania quickly prepped the ship and lowered the ramp as Tolsa barreled towards her.
Tolsa ran aboard the ship and strapped herself in. Ania quickly pushed the troopers out of the ship with the Force. She slid into the pilot seat and lifted off, just as the AT-ST's aimed their guns at her. A blast from behind jolted the ship. Ania flipped a switch, activating the shields. She quickly input coordinates in the navicomputer.
"Ania, what are you doing?"
"There's no way we get out of here without significant damage to my ship. I can't lift off any further. They've got gravity locks on us. We're going into hyperspace, right now." A beeping told her the coordinates were locked. "Hang on to something!" She activated the hyperdrive and watched the AT-ST's stretch abnormally. A rainbow of colors swarmed them as stormtroopers ducked for cover. The Ravager burst into lightspeed, leaving a flaming shipyard behind.
