In my magical world there are many creatures
And monsters and people with different features
They’re quiet and loud, small and tall
Some have wings to catch their fall
Some of their eyes are piercing bright
While others are pitch dark as the night
Some have fangs and pale white skin
While others are furry with a toothy grin
Some wield elements like fire and ice
Some can apparate, not quite precise
There are a few that manifest things
And some can change seasons like winter to spring
Some have scales or long forked tongues
While some breathe underwater with their modified lungs
Some have power that shoots from their hand
And others can use a mental command
Some things have the power to clone
While some have the power to turn you to stone
Some go back and forward traveling through time
But others can melt and shift into slime
Some are invisible some raise the dead
Some have eyes on the back of their head
Some can talk and move things with their mind
Some can sense objects even though blind
On the streets you’ll hear creatures hissing
In your head you’ll find some things missing
Some memories float above in the sky
With nothing really knowing why
You’ll hear the sounds of powers in use
And wild monsters set a loose
There’s roaring and screeching, cackling and screams
To many my world is made up of dreams
It’s hectic and crazy and filled with a mess
Of magical mystical things with finesse
My world may seem unrealistic you see
But I love it anyway ’cause it belongs to me
