A Failed Adventure

Oh would you look at that another dragon attack and I'm stuck inside with Hic and Gobber,how fun. It's not fair! Everyone else is out having the time of their lives getting higher in rankings and I'm just stuck here. I've never really had the heart to kill a dragon, but that's not the point, I want a chance to become one of them...to become a true Viking! Nobody seems to be worried about Astrid, but when it comes to me it's always "(y/n) you'll get in the way we rather you stay and help Gobber" or "Get a lil beef on yer arms and you might actually have a chance against these hideous beasts!" This is just one of the few reasons I don't like Astrid everybody just seems to like her better, and for what reason?! Yeah I get it she's pretty and all which is just what boys are looking for..personality obviously doesn't matter.

I was inside the shop and I could already smell the smoke from the burning buildings. Although I never really fought before I always got this adrenaline rush from just knowing dragons are around! This was my destiny if somebody would just let me go!!

Hiccup was already working heating up the fires, making new weapons, repairing old ones, and just over all helping out; but it didn't look like he was planning on staying. He had some type of contraption with him looked like a net and a wheel barrel combination.. I know sounds weird. Next thing I know Hic yelled at Gobber and was gone, me being the stubborn girl I am, decided to follow after yelling a quick "Ill be right back" to Gobber.
Ah it felt so good running through the crowd the wind blowing through my (h/l) (h/c) hair it gave me a kind of feeling I can't describe. And in the midst of it all I lost Hic -.- UGH "idiot, idiot, IDIOT!" I yelled at myself. Knowing Hiccup I just missed out on a great little adventure, but I knew my chances of finding him were little so I headed back to Gobber to help out. "I'll find out what happened tomorrow" I told myself.
