Chapter 3

Angel POV

There i sat in the lobby with my phone in my lower pair of hands, quiverin' with fear and nerves that were gonna pop any minute as my index finger from my right upper hand hovered over the call button. Meanhwile Vaggie, Charlie, Husk and Nifty were surroundin' me telling me to freakin' push the call button, who was i gonna call? Valentino! ValenFREAKINGtino!! 'how'd i end up in this situation again?' i thought to myself.

~Flashback to last evening~

Everybody had gone upstairs already as i was about to as well until i felt someone grabbin' one of my lower arms "w-wait!" i heard someone say. I divert my gaze upon the owner of the voice and hand as it was none other then Charlie. So i did my best to smile even though i was beat "what's ta matter dollface? to tired to go alone upstairs? do ya need me ta carry ya?" i asked as i could see her blushing softly in embarrassment "n-no! i mean no i-i just want to talk to you about something important" i raised an eyebrow "shouldnt ya discuss this with al or angie?" i only dared speak his nickname when he was not around as he made it very clear on day one he didnt like anyobody else then charlie to call him that. "no this is something important for you!" "for me?" i said in confusion as she nodded "alright doll, explain it to me" she practicly started to jump up and down in excitement as she bodly declaired, not saying, not suggesting, but declared "you should call valentino tomorrow and tell him that you quit". I was shocked but i hardly let anyone see my emotions, just like the strawberry pimp himself i just kept on a smile as it was my mask to hide behind. "sure doll, ya want some rainbow glitter with that to?" i teased as she puffed up her cheeks "i mean it angel! you have been avoiding this for far to long and tomorrow you will finally take this step. me and vaggie will be there to support you" i made a waving suggestion as to say no but she just looked at me with those determined eyes of hers and the worst of all was her speach "dont you want other demons to leave you alone" "yeah..." "dont you want to prove others who you really are!!" "yeah!" "dont you want to stick it to valentino for all the horrible things he made you  do!!" "YEAH!!! FUCK VALENTINO!!!" i shouted with a victory pose. "good then i'll see you around 8 in the morning" she said calmly as she went up the stairs. 'shit...' i thought to myself.

~End of flashback~

'oh yeah...that's how...' i thought to myself asi took a few deep breath's but that didnt help at all, it made everything even worser. "c'mon just fucking push the button" Husk said as he  was getting bored of this. Nifty just smiled and so did Charlie "how hard is it to push the call button!" Vaggie exclaimed. "very FUCKING HARD!!!" i yelled "ya dont even know what he's really like!!!...w-what he's capable of" i started to hyperventilate. This time i couldnt hide behind a smile, this was serious...very fucking serious!!!. 

Alastor POV

I was just done with my morning routine as i walked down the stairs and saw everyone surrounding the coutch that stood in the lobby 'interesting' i thought to myself as i walked over seeing the spider demon shaking in fear with his finger hovering over the green call button. I looked at the screen of said device seeing the name VAL on it 'could this be a love interest of his? how dull' i thought to myself again as i used my cane to gently tap the green button on the screen. Everyone went silent as they stared at me wich confused me 'did i do something wrong' i thought as i could see the spider demon death glaring me 'oke...' "is this not one of your boyfriends? or friends with benefits?" i asked wich made the spider demon's face go from glaring  to one, as if he found the answer before he chuckled "oh i get it, ya thought *chuckle* ya thought because it said val that he was *chuckle* nah handsome, he's my boss his name is-" suddenly he got cut off as someone answered on the other side "ANGELCAKES!!!" a familiar voice exclaimed "WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU!!!". 'i see...it is valentino. the chap with poor taste of clothing' i thought to myself as i saw the spider demon shivering again. "let me geuss, you're at that 'hotel' right?" Valentino geussed but the spider demon took a deep breath "yeah i'm" "hunny, that place is nothing for you. come on home and daddy wont be so angry anymore~" i can tell where he got his flirtatiousness from. "look val...i aint coming back" "what! why? are they doing something bad to you?" "no val, i quit" "you know you cant QUIT!". The spider demon had a smug smile on his face as if he had an ace up his sleeve, he cleared his throat before he spoke "i angel dust hereby declare not to give my services to you anymore mister valentino". The sound of fire could be heard from the device "you son of a BITCH!!! HOW DID YOU FIND OUT?!!!" "ya shouldnt leave ya contracts laying around like that val, especially when yer drunk". Valentino started pleading saying he could change, he would do anything to get him back and honestly it was amusing to watch this small drama go on. "sorry val, but i aint leaving this place" "it's because of that red maggot isnt it!". Everybody went quiet as my eyes started to glow red and my antlers grew a little longer "i would really advice ya to watch what ya say about him right about now" "tch and why would i? i'm fucking valentino! i'm not scared of some strawberry colored maggot!" valentino then said "who are you calling a maggot?" "a-alastor? *nervouse chuckle* i-it was a joke! just a joke" "you better not joke like that again valentino or next time you will be sorry" it went silent before a scared but soft "y-yess sir" came out and right after an annoying sound wich the spider demon stopped with the push of a red button on the device. 'the audacitie of some unworthy demons!' i thought to myself as the spider demon stood up and sighed in relief "hey alastor" he spoke in concern but had a smile on his face "dont take valentino's words serious. he doesnt respect other demons, but then again yer a class on yer own ofcours" he said with a genuine tone. I was searching on his face, body language...any language at all for any sort of intend but as it stood there was none. "i do not need to hear such from the likes of you" i said and walked off feeling suspicious to what the spider demon's plan was 'nobody is just nice to me...could they?' i started to ponder about it until i got yanked backwards by the neck of my tailcoat. I turned around as my smile grew wider but my eyes glowed red again as i saw it was that damned spider demon again. "as to what do i owe the pleasure of such a rash behaviour?" i said menacinlgy as he gulped and replied "y-ya almost hit the d-doorframe there..." he said with a fearfull tone as i cocked my head to the side before turning around to see the lad was right. I stood only a few inches away from the doorframe, but when i turned around the spider demon vanished as i looked around for him only to see Charlie looking at me with a dissapointing expression on her face. By now i knew i had done something wrong as she walked over to me to lecture me on how i should control my anger more instead of letting myself go on it. It felt as if a mother was telling a child what they did wrong. This was going to be a long day.
