2.5 confusion&anger

I opened my eyes and looked around, this place completely unfamiliar to me. I rolled over and looked to see someone laying next to me. Jake. His eyes were closed so I thought it was safe to get up and leave.

I looked around the room for my clothes, I found my shirt by the door and my pants near the side of the bed. I felt the bed move as I got up.

"Hey babe where are you going?"

"Home."

"Why? Did I do something wrong last night? I thought you wanted to, oh god I shouldn't have pushed you."

"What?"

"We slept together Em, do you not remember?"

No, I guess I didn't. Fuck. How can I be this careless. What the fuck was wrong with me? "Okay...well then I guess call me." He said. I took that as my que to leave and walked out of the bedroom door.

I walked down the stairs seeing a mess of trash and empty bottles. There were people spread all over the floor. I found my way to the front door and walked outside. I was in St.Pete how the fuck did I get down here?

I walked to the closest bus station and looked at the routs and schedules. It was 7am, the earliest I had been awake in a long time. I pulled out my phone once I figured out my bus rout and sat down.

Text from Alex:
The guys are coming home today, are you going to see them?

Text to Alex:
No, why the fuck would I want to see them?

Text from Alex:
I was just asking. Why are you awake so early, you're never up this early.

Text to Alex:
I could say the same about you, I'm going home from a party.

Text from Alex:
How are you getting home?

Text to Alex:
A bus.

Text from Alex:
When is it coming?

Text to Alex:
Around 8:30, I just missed the first one.

Text from Alex:
Do you want me to pick you up?

I hadn't seen Alex since we had gotten back from London a few weeks ago. When we were little we couldn't go more then a few hours without each other. To be honest I was still mad that he called Ashton but I really wanted to see him. I missed him.

Text to Alex:
Yes

Text from Alex:
I'm on my way

It only took about 20 minutes for Alex to get there. I opened the door and jumped In his car sitting in the once familiar seat.

"Wow Em you look like shit."

"Why hello to you too Alex and thank you I know." I turned and smiled to him. He pressed on the accelerator and we went down the street.

"So why are you up so early?" I asked as I turned the air up a little it was still quite cold out and my hands were freezing. "No reason." I just nodded at him. That little shit was hiding something.

Most of the ride we sat in silence, it was just so quiet I couldn't take it. "I can't wait to go and take a shower." I said knowing we were nearing the exit. He nodded his head and turned up the music a little. Okay then....

I was waiting for him to turn off the exit to my house but he kept going straight. "Alex you know you missed the exit right?"

"Ya, Em. There is a reason I was up this early." I looked at the exit he was taking marked 'Tampa international airport' oh hell no.
