Christmas Rant

This has been killing me for a while now...

This year, I feel like there is waaaaayyyyy to much Christmas stuff going on BEFORE Thanksgiving has even come. Don't get me wrong, I love the holiday season, but can't everyone just wait a little bit longer to start decorating and playing music?! Today I walked into a store and they were already playing Christmas songs! And when I was driving home I noticed how many places have already put up lights! The city landscaping people have already put up lights on the trees around town!! And not to mention all of the commercials on TV. I know, I know, they need to advertise before Christmas so people can buy their stuff, but what about Black Friday?! They usually have commercials for that first! I can say though that I am okay with early shopping. Shopping early is nice so you can focus on cooking and decorating. Anyways, I would just appreciate it if people could hold in their Christmas spirit until AFTER Thanksgiving. What about you guys? Do you like Christmas stuff before or after Thanksgiving?
