Zenitsu's pov.

'I hear whimper..!!'

I sat up from my bed

I kept hearing those whimpering in my sleep,since (Y/N) started to use our bedroom

'Ugh..it's like.. five times a week..i tried to stay awake to find it but i kept falling asleep because of the tiredness..'

I looked for the source to find it was coming from (Y/N).I quickly got out from my bed and ran to (Y/N) side.She was sweating and crying

“(Y/N)..?!”

I panicked

'Is it a nightmare..???I heard whimpering during my sleep but i didn't know it was coming from (Y/N)..'

I gently placed my hand on (Y/N)'s forehead.Suddenly i heard (Y/N)'s mumble

Goosebumps rose on my arms and my blood instantly ran cold.

'Even demons didn't gave me that much coldness...'

“Mmm..I'm..sorry..!please..please..!!some..one..help..!”

(Y/N) mumbled,but in my ears..i could hear (Y/N)'s mumble was a screaming of panic.Every time her tears trickle down..i can feel her fears and horror

“…!”

I bited my lip.It was hard to think or say anything.Everytime she whimpers..i felt like my heart is ripping into shreds
Her screams filled my ears and her fear was making my head foggy

“..a…ha..”

I gasped.I went for the door to breath some air.I was sure..that If i stay any longer..i might faint..

Then suddenly (Y/N) gasped loudly

I turned to see (Y/N) was gasping for air

My hands were sweaty and my legs were trembling.I leaned on the door to keep myself from falling to the ground and crossed my arms so (Y/N) couldn't see my sweat

I stared at her while she calmed down and looked around the room

“did you wake up?”

(Y/N) looked toward me

“Oh!zenitsu!did i wake you up?? I'm-..I'm..”

She stopped and stared at me with her soulless eyes

'Is the nightmares are the reason her eyes are so dull..?'

“explain yourself”

I walked to her

“What..do you mean..?”She smiled

'But i know that smile (Y/N)..the smile i used it to people..to fake that I'm okay..'

“when you sleep..i can hear your whimpers ...”I growled

“It's just a nightmare~!don't worrㅡ”

She chuckled like it was nothing..And i finally snapped

“AND IT'S NOT NORMAL TO DREAM A NIGHTMARE FIVE TIMES A WEEK!!”

'I yelled at her..I've never been this angry..or is it fear..?'I sweatdropped

“hush!!you'll wake up tanjiro and inosuke..!!”(Y/N)'s eyes widened

“I DON'T CARE!!”

I walked to (Y/N) and roughly grabbed (Y/N) by the shoulders

She flinched in surprise
