Zenitsu pov

“…”I gulped and reached down to her

Just before my hand could touch her lips,door slam opened

“(Misspelled name)!!Shinobu is calling you!”Inosuke yelled

“…jeez.. way to ruin the mood..”I whispered

(Y/N) stood up

“I'll see you later”She smiled

I nodded and she,inosuke walked out and i was all alone.I covered my face and groaned.It was getting harder and harder to hold back.I kicked the air from embarrassment then I sighed and slipped on my clothes and stood up.My wounds were hurting but i ignored it.

(Y/N)'s heartbeat was hard to read.(Y/N)'s heart was beating faster than normal person.So when i first met her,i thought she was in love with me.But after few months,I found out she just has an abnormal heartbeat.Everytime i try to read her,I couldn't.So i usually read her by her heartbeat is loud or not.Strangely these days,her heart is loud enough to numb my eardrums.

‘Does that mean she likes me?’ I gulped

‘Really?Really?Does that mean i have a chance?’

I beamed and hopped out the door and immediately slammed into tanjiro

“Ow..!You okay zenitsu?”Tanjiro rubbed his chest

“I'm more than okay~!”I laughed

Then I grabbed his hands and jumped around him

“Zenitsu?!?”he yelled

“Yes~!?”I smiled widely

“..I smell happiness from you!What happened?”Tanjiro smiled

“Mm~!Secret!”I giggled

“O..kay?”he chuckled awkwardly

“Brr..”I shivered

“You okay (Y/N)?”Shinobu said

“Ah..!Yes!”

“Good.I have an important mission for you”she handed me a letter

“..?”I opened it and gasped

“Your father's friend…he…is wanting to train you.So i thought you should decide.”

“Is..Is he a demon..?”I mouthed

“Yes.He is.He is one of the few who didn't want to eat human.I think it will be a safe trip but if you're scared to go,then rengoku can—”

“No..I..want to go alone…I want to train..”I gulped

Shinobu smiled

“Then you should go pack right now.You are leaving day after tomorrow”

I nodded and walked out.I sighed and looked down at the letter again

“..I didn't know my father's friend is…”I sighed again

It was too much to catch up.My father's friend? Demon. Training me?With what?I think my demon blood techniques are cool.Strong even!…then what..?

“(Y/N)~!”zenitsu smiled and suddenly hugged me

“Do you have plans~?I know some great place to hangout!”

“Ah..I'm free today!”I smiled and patted his head
