It was a fine day.

The sun was high and the winds softly blowing on Tanya's face. She smiles. In Iark, days like these children can be heard laughing loud, running around while the females chat or prepare for the meal Father Yeolson and the men catch for the day.

"Tanya!!! ... I mean Niruha.." a child's voice. Tanya looks for the voice and delightfully saw Doti running toward her. She hugs the child tight.

"Agaji saw me in the market and invited me to come play with the children," Doti exclaimed. She knows about the slave children. She remembers seeing them with Eunsom. If she were not entrusted to Chaeeun, she would have ended up there too. Doti shivered in fear.

Tanya felt her shiver, she looks at the child worried. "What is it Doti?" the child smiles.

"I am just glad you are Niruha. Because of you, we won't be put to slavery like those children." Tanya nods sadly.

I am grateful too.. I have that power. I must use it for good.

"You've become more pretty, Tanya.... Niruha!" Doti added immediately.

"You can call me Tanya when it's just us," Tanya winked at her understandably. They both laughed. Doti looked to see if anybody is around and gasp in delight at the man standing behind Tanya.

"Big brother!!! " Yangcha nods in recognition.

Tanya looks questioningly at Yangcha but he doesn't answer. The children came running to the priestess.

"Niruha!!!" They looked excited and shy at the same time. Tanya felt an ache in her chest.

"I invited you here today to have some fun!" The children cheer in delight.

"Who wants to play a game of ...."

Everybody was having a good laugh. Even Agaji and the two servants with her were cheering at the shrieks of the children winning. Tanya sits on a fallen log and catches her breath. She can't help smiling. She forgot how fun it was. She glance at Yangcha who was leaning on a big tree. He wasn't saying anything. Just watching.

"Do you think I did unnecessary things again?" she asks teasingly.

He shrugs. "You were always different."

He looks at the children. "I don't understand.. the games." Tanya looks disbelieving at him. "Have you not played when you were a child?" He doesn't answer.

Tanya felt a tug in her heart. What was it like for the warrior as a child? Was it the reason he is aloof, indifferent even cold to people.

"Do you want to try it?" her voice cracked with the emotion. She had the sudden urge to make him smile.

He looks at her strangely.

"I am ok here. Go back to them," he answers. Tanya nods thinking about something.
