"Alright...thanks, Louise. Hey. I'll be fine." I say, before hanging up the call, dropping my phone to my leg before standing up, turning around to the furs behind me.

"Peyton, there's a lead on the border of Washington and Canada, a rest stop oasis was found leveled, with traces of lancehead venom. I'm thinking that's a solid lead, and Baskin is already deep into Canada. We need to go. I'll stop by the rest stop, and meet you guys in a hotel off the main highway." I say, and Peyton nods, but K looks around before speaking.

"What do we do if we find him?" He asks and Peyton and Channing both look at each other before Channing clears his throat.

"You call us immediately. Your dummy phone has two numbers in it. Me and Michael's. You call one of us, we'll come to you right away, no matter what the situation." Channing says, standing up, he gives me a look of agreement and I nod back before I tap the earbud in my ear, my mask folding out and over my face, soon settling on my maw.

"Alright people. Move out!" I say, and everyone scatters to their designated positions. Donna, planning to stay behind, leading us through on a computer station in the basement of the large house, I run out and grin as I walk into the garage, finding a similar motorcycle to mine, I straddle it and rub it slowly before starting it, revving the engine loudly before I pull out of the open garage.

I wove my way past cars packed on the street before I made it out to the road, soon picking up speed as I head back towards the border between Canada and America, I looked over and noticed a familiar figure in an all-black car, a gray wolf, with white stripes, wearing a black hoodie, but he didn't have the hat on like earlier, and his hair was long, reaching past his shoulders, he glances over and his eyes widened before he grins sadistically.

I look forward and shoot down the highway, starting to reach much higher speeds, easily speeding. It didn't take long to hear the black car pull up behind me, people honking, but soon they start pulling off to the side to let us pass, I chuckle and shoot down the highway, noticing a rather large group of police up ahead, and the leveled Oasis. I slow down and pull off to the lane beside me, leaving the black car to shoot right past me.

I pull into the Oasis parking lot and slow to a stop behind a cop car, a large deer, muscular and oddly black-furred, walks over, dressed in a blue uniform, pistol at his side, badge on his chest.

"Excuse me, sir! This is closed down, we have to ask you to leave." He says and I pull out my badge, shining to him, he gives it a look over and sighs before nodding, holding up the caution tape, I duck under and stand, walking over, I notice blood littering the inside of the Oasis, dust having only just settled, causing it to color oddly, like drywall. Red drywall.

I shake my head and look around before noticing the blue sparks that shoot from parts of debris, I walk over and reach a hand out, a spark shocks me and I go flying back into a Starbucks standing, crashing through a Starbucks kiosk roof that was mostly intact. I cough and stand, brushing myself off, the large deer runs over, taking a look at me, and then to the debris.

"Don't touch," I growl, my voice distorted from the mask's voice changer, I jump over the counter and my shoes crunch as they hit the ground, I ruffle myself before I look back at the debris I touch, it glows a mild blue and I mutter.

"Shit." I run towards the deer and tackle him to the ground, the debris exploding, shrapnel flying around the destroyed Oasis before settling. I roll off the deer and he coughs before helping me up from the ground, we each pat each other down.

"What the hell was that?" He asks and I sigh.

"I don't know, but I don't think it was any good," I say, he grimaces before walking out, I follow and get on my motorcycle before my phone buzzes. I pull it out and notice a ping on a green and black lined map.

The distress name read 'Kaiden Penn'
