Michelle POV
"Ma'am let us do our job right now!" The EMT demands Betty due to being by Ned's side, "He saved me! He saved me!" Betty screams while loosening tears from her eyes as I pull her into my arms while giving the EMT the go ahead to take him away, "It's going to be okay Betty, trust me."
After the paramedics took Ned away, the school decided to hold a briefing of the recent event and forcibly placed me and Betty in front and centre view, "MJ, where's Peter? I didn't see him after Spider-Man came to save us." Betty curiously asks while my eyes flutter as I look for a lie, "School sent him home after Flash started him a hard time again to prevent a incident." I lied as Betty nods, knowing Peter is with Ned.
Peter's POV
"Get us a bed right now! Teenager has been shot and gone into cardiac arrest three minutes ago, resuscitation needs to happen in the next four minutes!!!" The paramedic scream at the doctors as they responded quickly, "What- WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING?!" I apprehensively asked as I really was scared of the answer.
"Don't worry okay? He's got the best help in the state and you need to let us do our job." The doctor assured me, "But-."
"But nothing. Okay? I'll ask a colleague to come and see you while we resuscitate and operate on your friend." The doctor cuts me off and places his hand on my shoulder, "He"ll be okay. Don't worry." As he walks away I pull my phone out to text MJ.
Notification: "6 missed calls from MJ❤️"
MJ: Hey, I hope you're okay. Keep me in the loop please. X
Peter: I'm fine but it's not looking good right now, by the sounds of it we need a miracle, this is all my fault.... x
MJ: It's not, there's not you could've done. I'll be there soon. Keep me posted babe x
I shut my phone off after the last message came through, "BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!" I heard from the room Ned was in, I burst through the door, "What's happening!?" I quickly asked as one of the doctors look at me, "Get him out! Now!"
