Chapter Ten

Michelle's POV

The new day comes, same routine is completed and yet, all I think about is yesterday. For the first time in my short life, I'm happy. I'm not depressed, I'm not cold hearted. I'm happy. I'm that happy, it's the biggest emotion I've ever felt. More than what my depression was and for the first time in my life, I know I'm not alone because I know now. That no matter where I am, I'll always have Peter Parker with me. At least, I will once I've spoken to him on where we stand on this situation.

Peter's POV

'Okay Pete, you've met them before. It's uh just a new team... But you've met them all and they all think you're a great guy.... Oh come on man get yourself together! You are Spider-Man!'

As the elevator opens I see the new team, it's still the avengers but a "new line-up" as such. The new line-up as much as I can tell consists of Steve, Sam, Wanda, Scott, Hope and Bruce in his new form of "Professor Hulk". "Hey guys, Where's Nat and Clint? Is this the new line-up or? What-"

"Slow down kid, Cap is going to explain everything in this meeting. None of us except him knows what's going on right now. But Steve, please tell us." Sam explains but also demands some answers from the Brooklyn badass (I always thought of him like that). "Alright, the people in this room right now are going to be apart of the new Avengers Initiative. However, we're going to have two divisions. One with me as a leader and trainer and the other one is going to be trained by Clint but will be leaded by Sam until I feel Peter is ready. Any questions?" Steve asks as Hope looks at me as in to say 'he's just a kid'.

"Yeah I do, why me? And what are this two divisions for? Why not just a unified one?" I ask while Steve smiles, "When Tony first found you before Germany, we all thought you was too young for this line of work but you've proved, that you can keep up with us and nonetheless have shown the leader qualities. As for the two divisions, they'll be called the Alpha and Strike divisions. Before Tony tragically passed, we thought to make these divisions so that when we decide to eventually retire, we will have heroes to take our place i.e all of you. But now I know you'll have the question of who's going where? In alpha, it'll be Wanda, me, Bruce, Bucky and Dr Strange when he is available to go on the field. In Strike, it'll be Sam, Peter, Scott, Hope and T'Challa when also available on the field. Clint is only going to be a trainer as he's decided to retire, he and Nat are the official ambassadors and directors of the NAI, any questions to as." (NAI is the New Avengers Initiative).

"Okay, so what's the difference between our squads?" Scott and Hope ask literally at the same time and they blush moments after. "Not much, but Strike is counter terrorism and criminal control. Alpha on the other hand is a black ops squad used by the government." Steve explains while everyone looks shocked that they're in the NAI. "Meetings over, training starts tomorrow at 19:00. Have a good day." Steve walks away as do the others minus Hope and Scott.

"So how old are you Peter? Scott told me you've beat his ass once in Germany." Hope made the conversation as I reply with, "15, I've been Spider-Man technically 2 years now so yeah." Hope mouths, 'What the fuck.'

Scott laughs and says,"I'm looking forward to working with you kid. If you ever need us, my number is right here." I smile and say, "Thanks guys, here's mine in case you need me too, i need to go though. I have a situation that needs taking care of." Hope grins, "Girl trouble Peter?" I nod, "My advice is, make sure she loves you for you, make sure she makes you laugh and that she'd do anything for you." She smiles at Scott, "So basically how you both are all the time?" I sarcastically say. "Precisely kiddo, just try your best to make her happy and it'll be fine." I nod and say my goodbyes, time to go home.

I swing home in a amazing fashion which consisted of flips and multiple various styles of swinging, around 15 minutes later I appear outside my apartment window and do my usual way of getting in. I scan around and shout for Michelle but no answer was received. 'Where the hell are you?'

Michelle POV

I walk around the shops and scan to see if I can find a suitable choice for dinner between me and Peter as May is put for the weekend.
Peter: I'm home, hope you're safe and hope to see you soon :) x.

Me: I'm coming now, takeout sound good for dinner? I'll be home in 20 minutes x.

Peter: Sure, I'll order it now. Can we talk once you're home? X.

Me: Of course, I've been meaning to ask all day. See you soon x.

Alright guys this is chapter ten. Sorry it sucked abit but the good stuff is coming! Chapter eleven will be up soon, I'm free this weekend so I'm going to try to upload four chapters in the coming days. Hope everyone enjoys it and hope you all have a good weekend!
