"It'll come around again El."
One Week Later.
Tyler's back. The only good thing to come out of this week was him flying back in from Boston yet still things have been moving at a snail's pace between us and even that's generous to say. Tyler's roaming our home but still no words are exchanged. He leaves the room if I entre, he stays in the guest room, stays late at his office. He's here... but he isn't. Sat in the foot of my closet I gaze around teary-eyed at the white dress. It fluffs around me like a halo of white. Throwing back the remainder of my beer I cover my mouth to stop the sob from falling. Burying my head in my hands I fumble clumsily with my phone."Hello?"
Wiping the tears from my eyes, I answer "Dean?" Scrunching my expression to get a hold of my emotions, I murmur "Dean where are you guys?"
"Just outside Wisconsin", Dean reply's, his low voice telling me I've woken him up which only makes me feel worse "El are you okay?"
"Am I okay", I repeat, snickering sadly to myself "God you sound like the broken record I've been for four weeks." Glancing around at the white dress, I run my hands over it with sad eyes "I just... need you guys to come to get me. Just take me to Bobby's or somewhere else because I can't-" cutting myself off I press my lips into a tight line to stop more tears from falling. But it's useless. They fall down my cheeks as steadily as breathing.
Dean must have an idea of what's happening because I hear Dean shuffling around telling me "Don't worry about that El. Pack your things. Sammy and I will be there in a couple hours."
"Okay", I whisper. I don't even bother to hang up, merely settling for discarding my phone amongst the white mess that was my wedding dress. I stare disdainfully at it before peeling myself off the floor. Reaching for the top shelf I yank off two duffle bags before storming into my room. Might as well call it mine. It's not like Tyler's slept in it for three weeks. As I rush around my room collecting my things I find myself fuelled with a new determination.
Hours later as I'm rushing downstairs with two duffels when I hear two assertive knocks echo around the bottom floor. Sam and Dean. Tossing the duffels down at the bottom of the stairs, I walk over and open the door to reveal Dean leaning in the frame. Sparing a glance around our deck, I ask Dean "Where's your other half?"
