(Here's chapter 2! I hope you guys will enjoy it! In here, abuse will be involved so if you don't wanna read this, skip reading this chapter. I'll understand. Onto the chapter)!
Forest's POV:
Leela and I got home after everything that happened. "Is Dad home?" I asked whispering. "I don't know." Leela answered whispering back. We got our answer after hearing the slamming of a door from upstairs. "Oh no." I said. I heard heavy footsteps coming down the stairs. "Forest?! Leela?!" Dad yelled. "H-Hi Dad." Leela greeted stammering a bit. "Where's Forest? Is he with you?!" Dad asked. I knew Leela was gonna lie and say I wasn't home yet. "Right here." I said before Leela could say anything. I felt Dad's glare burning into my soul. I gulped feeling extremely nervous. I heard his footsteps come towards me and slap me across the face. I held my cheek in pain has my eyes stung with tears. "Dad stop." Leela said. I could tell she was about to cry. Dad didn't listen and punched my stomach. I doubled over in pain and fell to my knees. I didn't feel anything for a bit. I knew he was feeling around for me. He eventually found me.
Leela's POV:
I heard Forest's cries and screams as Dad beat him. "STOP PLEASE!!!" I screamed. It fell on deaf ears. Dad still kept beating him. I gathered up all my strength and pushed Dad off of Forest. I looked for my brother's hand and took him away to our room. We had our own rooms but I always slept in Forest's room to protect him. I felt around for the bed and eventually found it. I set him down and sat next to him. "I'm so sorry Forest. You didn't deserve that at all." I said to him running my fingers through his hair. "It's ok Leela. I'm used to it." Forest said. "You shouldn't be used to it. You shouldn't be used to him beating you like that." I said to him. I can't believe Forest gets beat like this. Why him and not me?
(I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter! Sorry it had abuse in it. The dad's an asshole. Anyways, I hope you guys will look forward to chapter 3)!
