(So this part is gonna be about Holden's family life. So no Forest or Leela in this chapter. I hope you guys will enjoy this)!

   Holden's POV:

I got home after everything that happened at school today. My parents know I could see now and I met my soulmate but I'm not gonna tell them who my soulmate is. They're extremely homophobic. If I came out to them, they would kick me out and I would have nowhere else to go. Maybe they would try to track Forest down and try to hurt him. I quickly shook those thoughts out of my head as I walked in the kitchen where my mom was. "Hi Mom." I said. "Oh hi sweetie! How was your day." She asked. "It was ok." I answered looking in the refrigerator. I was trying to hide my face away from hers. "Holden sweetie don't keep the fridge open for too long. You're letting the air out." Mom said. I internally sighed and closed the fridge. I turned to face her. She looked at me and gasped. "Holden what happened to you?!" She asked coming towards me and holding my face still. "I got into a fight." I answered. "With who?!" She asked. "Tucker." I said. "But you two are friends!" Mom said. "We were. He was insulting my soulmate." I said. "I knew that boy was bad news. He shouldn't have insulted her like that!" Mom said turning around, opening the freezer to look for ice. I hung my head low. Little does she know. "Here. Take this and rest ok? I'll call Tucker's mom." Mom said. I panicked not wanting her to call. Tucker could've possibly told his mom about Forest and she would probably tell my mom. "No no it's ok Mom. I started it anyways." I said. "You did what you had to do honey. But if you don't want me to call, I won't." She said. "Thanks Mom." I said before going to my room. I laid down on my bed. There was no way they would know about Forest. I won't ever let them know. Maybe when I'm older and can live on my own, I'll tell them. But for now, I can't. I heard my door knock, the train of thoughts leaving my head. "Hi Holden!" A small chirpy voice said. It was my little sister Lydia. She met her soulmate last year so she could see. Funny thing is, she's only 11. At the time she met her soulmate, she was 10. Incredibly young I know. But if she's happy, I'm happy for her.

   Lydia's POV:

"What happened to your face?" I asked my big brother. "Tucker and I got in a fight." Holden answered. "Why?" I asked sitting down on his bed. "He insulted my soulmate." He said sitting upright. "Wow. I hope you beat the crap out of him." I said. Holden giggled at me which made me laugh too. There was a brief silence before Holden spoke up. "Lydia. Can I tell you something?" Holden asked. "Yeah of course!" I said. "Promise me you won't tell Mom and Dad." Holden said in a serious tone. This scared me a bit because Holden is usually never serious with me. "I promise. I won't tell Mom and Dad." I said. Holden nodded before speaking. "My soulmate is a boy. His name is Forest. I'm bisexual Lydia." Holden said. He hung his head low.

   Holden's POV:

"Oh. That's it? I thought it was something serious!" Lydia said breaking the silence. I looked at her in shock. "What?" I asked, confused. "I thought you were hurt or something! I got worried for a second!" Lydia said. "Wait, you're not mad?" I asked. "No! Why would I be mad? So what you're bisexual and your soulmate is a boy! I'm happy for you!" Lydia said. I teared up, completely not expecting that reaction from her. I assumed that because she was young, she wouldn't really understand and would get angry at me. "Does he make you happy?" Lydia asked. "Yeah. Incredibly happy." I said. "That's all I gotta know." Lydia said. I teared up even more feeling so accepted. If only my parents were this accepting. "Remember when I met my soulmate and told you about him?" Lydia asked. "Yeah." I said. "You said that to me. You asked if he makes me happy and I said yes. You were so accepting to me. Now, it's my turn." Lydia said. I started crying right there. "Aw Holden!" Lydia said pulling me in a hug. Lydia is only 11 and she is so smart and so well-spoken. "I love you big bro!" Lydia said. "I love you too little sis." I said through my tears. We stood in that position for awhile before letting go. If only my parents could accept me like Lydia did. Everything would be ok.

(And that's on healthy sibling relationships! If only adults could be like Lydia. That would be great. I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter! I will have chapters with just Forest and Leela and Holden and Lydia in the future. Stay tuned for that guys)!
