Chapter 15

~Zoie's POV~
"Hey babe, I'm heading to the airport to pick up my family. Which girl do you want me to take?" KJ told me. It was the day before Thanksgiving.
"Uhm, Emory is asleep so she'd probably be easier." I replied.
"I'll take Raleigh then so you can finish cooking."
"You sure babe? She's fussy today."
"Yeah! It's no problem."
"Okay. Thank you. Drive safe. I love you."
"I love you too princess." He replied as he hugged and kissed me.
"Bye Ray Ray." I added as I kissed her cheek and she giggled. After they left, I finished cooking the cake I was working on. Once I was done, Emory woke up. I got her out of her crib and put her on her tummy time mat and gave her some toys. Just as I sat down to play with her, KJ got back.
"C'mon baby lets go see KJ." I said as I picked Emory up and we headed outside.
"Hey sweetie." KJ said as he kissed my head. "Zoie, this is my mom Tessa, and this is my dad Keneti." He added as he introduced me to them.
"It's so good to meet you!" Tessa said as she hugged me.
"You too!"
"Nice to meet you sweetie." Keneti added as we shook hands.
"This is Emory." KJ told them as he held Emory.

Later that day, Tessa and I were playing with the girls and KJ and his dad were sitting in the living room playing guitar.
"Oh KJ! Emory's crawling!" I exclaimed as she started to crawl for the first time.
"Ahh! Go Em!" He said as he ran in and started videoing.
"Raleigh! Oh! Good job baby!" I added as Raleigh started crawling too.

"Hey I gotta go pick up my parents then at 4 I have to take the girls to Daniel." I told KJ.
"Oh, let's take my parents to their hotel first then I'll go with you." He suggested.
"Okay." I nodded. So we did that. After we dropped them off, we went to the airport to get my parents.
"Oh! My little Zoie!" Mom exclaimed as I hugged her.
"Hey mom." I chuckled.
"I wanna meet my grand babies!"
"This is Raleigh. And this is Emory." I introduced them.
"Oh my gosh! They're so perfect Zoie!"
"They're pretty sweet most the time. And mom, this is my boyfriend KJ." I said.
"Hi hun." Mom replied briefly before going back to the girls. I chuckled as KJ put his arm around me.
"C'mon, let's head back to the house." I suggested. So we all packed in the car and headed to the house.
"Mom, they need fed do you wanna sit up front?" I asked her.
"Do they have bottles?"
"Well yeah my boobs can't stretch to both car seats." I laughed.
"I'll sit by them then and feed them." She offered, so I handed her the bottles.
"Can you check my phone babe?" KJ asked me after his phone vibrated.
"Roberto needs you on set in an hour." I told him.
"What? I can't come in my parents are in town."
"I think between the girls and I we can entertain everyone."
"Ask him how many scenes."
"Five."
"You'll be okay for that long? I won't be home till 8 if I go in as soon as possible."
"Yeah! We got this!"
"Okay. But if you need anything text me. I wasn't supposed to have to come in today." He told me.

When we got home, Cole was waiting to pick KJ up.
"Love you." I said as I kissed KJ goodbye.
"Love you too baby. If my parents start to make you crazy-"
"Text you. I got it! We're gonna go pick them up then go get lunch." I told him. He nodded and got in the car with Cole.
"He's adorable." My mom said as we drove to his parents hotel.
"Isn't he? He's so good with the girls. He can put Raleigh to sleep faster than anybody."
"When am I gonna see Daniel?"
"Oh, I gotta text him."
Z- Hey, KJ got called into set. I can't bring the girls out there, I've got all the parents. Do you wanna pick them up?
D- Nah I'll just see them tomorrow.
Z- Ok
"Well, now we've got the girls all day." I sighed.
"Was he supposed to have them?"
"Yeah. I told him I couldn't bring them and he said to forget it."
"Well. Some kind of father."
"RIGHT?! KJ is so much better with them." I sighed as we got to the hotel where Tessa and Keneti were staying. They were sitting out front so I got out of the car.
"Hey! So, KJ got called into work. I just picked up my mom from the airport, would you guys like to go to lunch with us and the girls?" I asked.
"Oh yes!" Tessa replied. So they got in the car and we headed downtown for lunch. Once we got there, I parked and everyone got out. Our moms both took one of the girls and we started towards the restaurant. As we were walking, KJ texted me.
K- How's it going?
Z- Good! Got all the parents and heading to lunch.
K- Everything okay?
Z- Yeah! Daniel didn't want to come pick up the girls so we have them
K- For real? Do I need to come home?
Z- Babe, we got it. We have three moms, a dad, and only 2 babies.
K- Okay. I love you ❤️
Z- I love you more 💗
I put my phone away as we got to the restaurant.

After lunch we took the girls to the park then headed home for their nap time. Moms took them and put them down for their nap as KJ's dad helped me in the kitchen.
"Zoie what time is KJ gonna get back?" Tessa asked.
"He said 8 ish." I replied.
"How about I go pick up some dinner?" Keneti offered.
"Sure! If you don't mind." I said. So he headed to pick up some dinner and the moms and I stayed behind. At about 6 I got a text from KJ.
K- Hey baby, I was released early so I'll be home in about an hour.
Z- Sweet! Tell Cole I said drive safe 😂
K- I will😂 see you soon ❤️
