Risk It All

Chapter 26

~Zoie's POV~
"Do you hate me?" I asked KJ as everything calmed down. I was sitting on his lap and he had his arms around me with his head nestled on my shoulder.
"I could never hate you Zoie." He shook his head. "C'mon. I'm tired." I nodded and got up to go change my clothes. I took off my dress and put one of KJ's shirts on in its place. We laid down and he held me a little closer than usual.
"I love you." I reminded him as I looked up at him.
"I love you too." He repeated before letting himself fall asleep. After a while I got my phone and texted Daniel.
Z- He didn't cheat on me. Don't bring it up again.
D- Okay. I'm sorry. I was just trying to protect you.
I put my phone down and fell asleep.

The next day was the girls' birthday. KJ woke up early and went to the lobby to get them (and lavender) cupcakes. When it was time for them to wake up, Daniel let me into their room and I started to get them up. Raleigh was already bright eyed and bushy tailed crawling around playing peekaboo while Emory slept soundly on Daniel's chest.
"Emmy, wake up baby." I told her as Daniel handed her to me and I pushed what little hair she had out of her eyes.
"Mama!" Raleigh cooed at me, wanting to be picked up. They both said mama now but haven't said dada yet.
"Hello princess!" I smiled at her, picking her up.
"Where's my birthday girls?" I heard KJ call from our room. I walked back in and his smiling face greeted us.
"Look girls! Dada got you cupcakes! KJ, can you text Gabi from my phone and ask them to come over?" I asked him.
"Yep!" He replied, grabbing my phone. We had decided to call KJ dada, and Daniel daddy. Daniel was upset that I wanted KJ to be referred to as their dad as well, but I told him to get over it. We put the girls at the small table as Gabi, Jack, and Lavender came over. We got another chair and put Lavender in it. We gave them all a cupcake and let them eat them.

When it was time to get them dressed, we put the Disney birthday pins on the girls.
"Ready to go?" I asked the girls as I tickled their bellies. Emory was still very sleepy so she fell asleep on our walk from our room to the bus. When we got to the bus, I picked her up, Daniel picked Raleigh up, and KJ folded the stroller.
"I wanna sit by Zoie. I haven't gotten any girl time this trip." Gabi announced. So we made the boys sit at the back of the bus and we sat at the front.
"What happened last night?" She questioned. I had texted her telling her what Daniel said but didn't update her after that.
"He didn't cheat. The girl drugged him." I whispered.
"Oh my god!" She exclaimed quietly.
"OMG also, KJ and I are trying for a baby."
"NO WAY!"
"SHHH! Yeah. I'm really excited."
"Do you need me to take the girls tonight?"
"No." I laughed. "We'll wait till they go to Daniel when we get back."
"I'm so excited! I hope you have a boy. We don't have a boy yet." She commented. Soon, we arrived at Animal Kingdom.
"Ready?" KJ asked as he came up to us.
"Yep!" I replied. So we got off the bus and pulled over to the side to put the girls in the stroller. Everywhere we went, cast members were telling the girls happy birthday. They loved people so anytime someone talked to them they would giggle.

The next day was our last day in Disney world. We went back to Magic Kingdom and enjoyed a relaxing day. That night we ate dinner at O'Hana and then went back to the hotel to pack our things.
