-JENNIE-

After 2 months of being in a relationship with Lisa, I saw the different side of her . The funny, crackhead, bully, bicker that is so different from her. But don't get me wrong . She is the same serious Lisa when it is needed . But most of the times when it is just the two of us or the four of us with Jisoo and Chaeng, she will pull out her funny side of her but when we are outside or in school, you cannot see her smiling .

In this late afternoon of Saturday, four of us are sitting on the couch while watching some romcom movies on Netflix . We usually hang out together during weekends to balance a stressful life during weekdays . Sometimes we play Lisa's Xbox in her unit, sometimes we go to the mall but other times we do movies .

I know everything about Lisa . We talk a lot about our most embarrassing experience to the most unforgettable once except the reason behind the mystery in my girlfriend's sudden seriousness in no time .

We usually laugh and bicker herself with Jisoo but in an instant, she will space out .

I remember one time when the four of us decided to go in the mall to have some dinner , we are laughing our ass out when Lisa non-stop teasing Jisoo about her love for chickens .

Suddenly her usual self came back when Rosie point out the two persons aging 60's sitting sweetly across our table . Sad and anger evident in her eyes staring to the old couple .

My trance got broke from the vibration of my phone inside my pocket . I pull it out and saw a message from an unknown number .

I'm back please let's talk.

My eyes got widen in shock and mixed emotions started to fill in me . I put back my phone inside my pocket without responding as I look at Lisa staring intently at me in confusion .

"You ok?" She asked putting her hands on top of me .

"Y-yeah. I'm good" I fakely smile at her and she only nods but I know she didn't buy my answer . She look back to the movie as I slowly closed my eyes in frustrations .

Flashback
A year ago...

"Hun? We are going to Thailand to visit dad" Kai said while holding a crystal glass looking outside the balcony.

"When?" I asked .

"The day after tomorrow* He answered without looking at me .

"And you are telling me just now?" I madly said .

"Is it a big deal? You should be thankful I told you" He smirk.

"Really Kai? What am I your nanny?" He deeply sigh .

"It's only for a month Jennie stop over reacting!" I grin as I chuckle in frustration .

"Are you hearing yourself Mr. Jongin?" He quickly change his mood as her face softens and approached me .

"I don't have a choice hun. My dad needs us. I'll be back I promise" he caressed my cheeks .

"No Kai ." I shake my head as I devil grin at him and slap his hands from my face .

"Let's break up" I coldly stated.

"You're kidding me right?" He chuckles and walk towards his glass on top of the table his back facing me.

"Why ? Cause I can't say no to you even you keep on saying your busy and dump the dates with me so many times because of your work but with only one sorry from you will heal everything you did ?!" I burst out and He laughed sarcastically and look at me me smirking.

"It's not my problem that you're so obsessed with me Jennie" He proudly said that makes my blood raised .

"What?! You're unbelievable. I'm breaking up with you Kai enjoy your vacation!" The cocky of this man ! I walk out as fast as I can ignoring him from calling my name.

End of flashback **

"It's been fucking one year Kai when you said 1 month only but you never even texted me." My mind said .

The movie ends and I look at Jisoo and Chaeng sleeping side by side embracing each other while Lisa stares silently on the television but I know something bothers her . I turn off the television but she didn't noticed .

"Spacing out again love ?" her eyes flinched shocked evident in her eyes when she noticed I'm in front of her .

"No.. yes.. nothing" she said . She always answer like that when I caught her spacing out.

"It's 6 pm now I should cook dinner for us" I stated.

"Need help?" She asked.

"No baby.. I can manage this just feed our sons Leo and Kuma they might be hungry" I said while walking away towards the kitchen. She didn't answer.

-LISA-

While we are watching movies , I know something is bothering Jennie. In my peripheral vision, I saw her grab her phone inside her pocket and with our height difference which is I'm taller from her she didn't saw me looking lower to her phone . I saw someone message her that cause her to space out while looking on her phone screen but I know there's something in her mind .

First, why did she put on her phone in silent mode? Why didn't I hear nothing when someone texted her .

Unknown number is been calling her but she didn't even flinched or answer it. I keep staring to my girl who is spacing out when I saw her blinked many times and I look back to the television pretending I'm watching intently but my mind is occupied with Jennie's reaction from the message . I even asked her if something's wrong but she told me she's ok .

'who is Kai?'
'i never heard your any story with a name Kai'

My trance broke when I heard her.

"spacing out again love?" She asked .I got startled when I noticed she is now in front of me.

"No.. yes.. nothing" I answered .

I know and I feel Jennie loves me . Loving someone like me is not easy and I am thankful that she never let me feel unloved but this time I felt so tensed and frustrated about what I saw with the message.

'Im back please let's talk' someone's nmed Kai message her .

'What are they going to talk about?'

I trust Jennie so much . And I will keep on trusting her for now. I love her too much though I am not that vocal with my feelings , but she knows me too well to feel my love for her.

The power duo beside me stretches from sleep when their powerful sense of smell break their nap . Well it is food we are talking about so who else will not love the food?

"Ahhhh . I thought I'm dreaming when I smells something good" the queen of food Chaeyoung said excitedly. She immediately got up and went straight to the kitchen when Jisoo stays beside me .

"Something bothering you man?" Jisoo asked . I just shake my head .

"If you wants to have some talk well I guess I am a good listener monkey" she tap my shoulder and walk towards to the kitchen .
