Akko POV

I have detention again after accidentally creating a small tornado in the library. I save the world from a hate powered nuke and this is the thanks I get? Most students and teachers believe Diana cast the spell.

It was a team effort, it was my spell but it was our magic. The way our magic seemed to bind together and become one was amazing. Diana tried to tell them the truth but they think she's being modest.

Thinking about Diana reminded me of what Andrew told me. She had no friends growing up and lost her magic like I lost my ability to fly. She's been so helpful in teaching me to fly a broom.

I think it was some time during our tutoring lessons together that I began to feel something more for her. I want to ask her out but I don't know enough about her to ask. If only I took the time to know her, she's too busy these days.

I pick up a book I noticed on the floor. 'Time Magic, For Dumbies' the book looked ancient for such a modern title. I flipped through the book reading through the words, most of which I didn't understand.

One passage I blindly read aloud.

"Turn temporis ut tergum manus mea."

Suddenly another small tornado ripped through the library. This time it engulfed me and I felt myself spinning through the air. Until I land face first into grass.

Grass? I look up to see I'm no longer in the library. I look around to see I'm in a field. As I continue to look around I see a familiar house.

"The Cavendish estate?"

I had no idea how I was brought here.

"Well, might as well ask Daryl to help me get back to Luna Nova."

As I walked over I noticed the estate was looking a lot more maintained then the last time I saw it.

"Huh, did they get renovations done?"

I struggle to walk through a bush and fell face first over in. When I look up I come face to face with Diana. But not just any Diana, little Diana.

As I stood up little Diana stepped back. She held her teddy closer to her chest.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to frighten you." I said

I think I'm no longer in the present. Would refering to her a Diana freak her out since we haven't met yet.

"What's your name?" I ask

"...Diana..." She spoke so quiet, I couldn't have known if I didn't already know.

"Hello Diana, I'm...uh...Yuki, I go to Luna Nova."

Diana lit up with excitement.

"You go to Luna Nova?"

"That's right, I bet you'd like to go to."

Her mood seemed to fall.

"I want to, but I can't use magic."

Uh oh, she must have gone to Chariot's performance already.

"Yes you can." I blurted out, I kneeled down to grab her hands. "I know you can use magic, for a time I thought I couldn't use magic. Even now I struggle with new spells. But through hard work and determination I became the witch I am now."

Diana seemed to smile at me. I hope she has everything she needs now.

After that I played a few games with her. I even gave her a few tips on how to use magic. To be fair they were her own tips that she taught me but I felt like I made a good teacher.
