Akko POV

"Alright today Diana is going to mess around with the memorial tree and almost wipe out the pappiliodya." I declare

"So, you want us to get to it before Diana does?" Asked Sucy

"Exactly."

"That's a terrible idea."

"What's so bad about it?!"

"From what you told me Diana was a smug know it all the first time you two met. But after she messed up and you corrected her mistake she began to doubt the way she treated you. Especially when she ends up getting the credit."

"But we could really solve the problems before they happen."

"Akko, don't go messing around with the timeline so much. You can change people's development as a person. By not allowing people to make mistakes they'll never learn from them."

"Ok, ok I get it. Yeesh you sound like Lotte."

"You burdened me with the knowledge of knowing you screwed up the timeline."

My first class was Luna Runes. The class was with Ms Finnelan.

"Can anyone translate these runes?" Asked Ms Finnelan

I instinctively rose my hand.

"Ms Kargari was it? Can you translate these runes?"

"Sorry if I don't get these right. I'm not good at Luna Runes. 'Bless the one who lets the stone remain untouched. Woe the one who moves it?"

"T...that's correct, where did you learn to read Luna Runes?"

"Let's just say I've had time to practice. I also had good tutors."

"Perhaps you do have potential Ms Kargari."

After our first classes Sucy wanted to talk to me in private.

"What are you doing, you were supposed to let Diana answer that."

"It just slipped out ok, I kinda wanted to have a better first impression this time."

"Akko, your actions have unforseen consequences."

"I'm sure it's fine."

Sucy face palmed.

"Whatever, remember, at lunch today you complain about classes being boring than mention Shiny Chariots disappearance."

"Ok, ok I got it."

She acting as if I'm going to mess up again.

Sucy POV

She's going to mess up again. there is no way she wasn't or hasn't already stuffed this up.

Things for the most part went smoothly. Diana and Akko met how Akko had told me. She was even able to replicate the food in her mouth.

"Shiny Chariot showed me what I truly wanted to be."

"I'll admit her shows were popular for her time. But they we're nothing but cheap parlor tricks that were doomed to fail."

"Hey, why don't you leave her alone!" Said Avery as she walked over.

Uh-oh, this is not supposed to happen.

"Chariot wouldn't be my first choice for a roll model. But she inspired people from non magical backgrounds like Akko. From what magic and ability Akko has already shown it proves Chariot is a good role model."

"I was merely saying Akko shouldn't look up to someone like Chariot." Defended Diana

"Than who should she look up to. She didn't come from a magic family like the rest of us, so she doesn't have an ancestor or family member to look up to." Retorted Avery
