The plan worked and I was getting the results back soon. Most of the fathers in Riverdale did the test, but not all. FP Jones did not. He was one of the only ones besides Hal Cooper, according to Veronica.

I waited hours upon hours, minutes upon minutes, and days upon days to get these back. Today was the day.

Veronica walked towards me, the papers in hand. She had a pained expression on her face. I got nervous and asked, "What is it, V?" She handed me the papers and I saw why she looked so upset. None of them were matches.

"Oh." Daniel was sitting beside me, looking over the papers with me. He rubbed my back, trying to comfort me. I looked up at Veronica. "So what now?" I asked.

"As I've told you, there are two men that didn't do the test. Maybe we go talk to them?" I nodded my head.

"Okay." I stood up with Daniel. "Who should we start with?"

"Cooper?" Daniel spoke up. I looked at him and nodded.

"Okay, let's go." Veronica said, getting our attention. We followed her to the door step as she knocked on the door.

A woman answered it. "Yes?" She asked in a sweet tone.

"Hi Alice, Is Hal home?" V asked. Alice nodded and let us in.

Hal came to the living room. "What's going on?" He asked. I looked at him.

"You didn't participate in the DNA test." I said aloud for everyone to hear.

"I didn't see a point to. I know I don't have any other daughter besides Betty and Polly." He explained, looking me up and down. I was wearing a black shirt that ended about mid thigh and a white long sleeved shirt that met perfectly with the hem of the skirt. Then for shoes, I was wearing a pair of thigh high black boots. I also had a beanie on. It was grey with a little pink ball on the top. I wore my hair down.

"Are you absolutely sure?" Daniel asked him. He nodded his head.

"Yes, I am certain I have no other children." I sighed and nodded.

"Okay. We'll be on our way then." I started walking to the door, not caring if my friends were following me or not. Just as we walked out, we saw Serpents go by on their bikes. I miss having a bike. "Man, I miss having a bike." Veronica and Daniel both looked at me.

"You had a bike?" Daniel asked. I smiled and nodded.

"Yeah. I loved it. Unfortunately, my fake father bought it for me so I didn't bring it. And technically it was his, I just drove it a lot." They nodded their heads in comprehension. "Well, let's go!" I walked ahead again, thinking about buying a bike here. I smiled at the thought. I think I just might.

We went to where FP Jones lived and knocked on the door. He opened it. "Yeah?"

"Hey, we noticed you didn't try out for the DNA test. Is there a reason why?" Veronica asked him.

"What DNA test?" Oh, he didn't know.

It was my turn to speak. "We did a DNA test to try to find my father, who is apparently resident in Riverdale. I want to know who he is, so Veronica here is helping me find him. Could you help us out here?" He nodded his head.

"Sure, kid. What do you need?" We explained to him that he needed to give some sort of DNA, which he understood and did so. We said goodbye and walked away to test the sample.

We waited a few hours to get the results. It took days last time because there were so many people to test. They only had one this time.

Just like before, Veronica walked towards us with papers in hand. This time though, she had a half smile. "Good news and bad news." She announced. I looked at her in confusion. "Good news, FP Jones is your dad. Bad news, FP Jones is your dad." I laughed.

"Is he a bad person?" Veronica and Daniel looked at each other.

"Sometimes, when he's pissed or when he's drunk." I nodded.

"Does he drink a lot?" I asked, looking between the two of them. They looked to be in thought.

"Somewhat." Daniel said. Great. So my real father could be a mean drunk? Sounds like such an upgrade. I sighed.

"Okay. Well, I want to meet him and talk to him, alone. But I'll do that tomorrow. I may get a bike." I smiled at them. They shook their heads with smiles. I held my pinkie out, which they both connected theirs to.

Daniel went home while me and V went to Pop's for a quick dinner.

"Are you sure you want to know him?" Veronica asked me during dinner.

I thought for a moment before responding. "I think so. I think I want to know who my father is. Know who my mother had interest in before, that I had no idea about." Veronica nodded.
