Dean to John: "I've done everything you've ever asked me. Everything! I've given everything I've ever had. And you're just gonna sit there and watch me die? What the hell kind of father are you?"
Just like with God (1). Dean gave everything he ever had for his cause and his story and all that God does is sit there and watch him die over and over again, suffering without helping or interfering, because it's all part of the story and all just for God's entertainment.
(1) In future I will refer to Chuck only as God because using Chuck gives him a false sense of humanity, which he clearly doesn't have. God doesn't care about humanity it's just an experiment, a draft, another version of his story of Abraham and Isaac, Michael and Lucifer, Dean and Sam. The "characters" in this play are nothing else, not humans, not people with lives and feelings just the characters that will help the storyline, the plot of God's creation that is only serving for his entertainment. He is not holy. He is not loving. He is no savior. He is a writer!
