Daniella's POV

I laughed as Mitch jumped at a walker on TV. I laughed as Lilah looked scared, What scared me Wasn't the walkers, it was the fact that Jerome's arm was hovering over Lilah, fixing to drape over her shoulders.

As it did she bit her lip before shaking it off, saying something to Jerome and running off. "what was that about?" Mitch asked who had been watching them as well.

"It's nothing..." Jerome said quietly looking down at his hands.

"It looked like something, what did she say?" Mitch asked pressing on. I sighed, she said that she didn't like him that way, Duh. I thought to myself.

"She said she couldn't" he whispered under his breath, I froze. She lied to me.. more importantly, I just hurt her and Jerome without knowing it, "Daniella please" Jerome whispered, "please call the promise off" he begged while I was taken back.

"I can't do that Jerome" I whispered looking away from him, "I'm sorry"

"Why! I was beat today for her! I would do anything for that girl Dani and you know it!" He whisper yelled.

"Daniella" I corrected, "and if you would do anything for her then stop trying, it's better for her and you know it!" I whispered/yelled.

"Jerome calm down and let's just go" Mitch said standing up, "I'm really sorry Daniella" with that he led Jerome out the door shutting it behind him.

I groaned and walked over to the bedroom door seeing it cracked opened. Lilah's voice rang through suddenly.

"If you asked me, how I'm doing, I would say I'm doing just fine" she sang quietly, "I would lie and say that your not on I'm mind. But finally I'm forced to face the truth. No matter what I say I'm, not over you"

"And if I had a chance, to renew, you know there isn't a thing I wouldn't do. I could get back, on the right track. but only if she'd be convinced" I sighed as she continued the song, "so until then...If you asked me, how I'm doing, I would say I'm doing just fine I would lie and say that your not on I'm mind. But finally I'm forced to face the truth. No matter what I say I'm-"

"You said you were over him" I cut in.

"Dani!" She gasped, "no that.. that's not what I'm talking about!" She said frantically opening the door up completely.

"Sure, 'only if she'd be convinced' yeah Lilah I was surely convinced, surely convinced when you said you were over him!" I yelled the last part, my temper rising with my words.

"You don't control my life Dani!" She screamed back at me.

"I might as well! You obviously don't know how to run it!" I screamed.

"At least I know what I want! Your too busy protecting me to go off and love Mitch! I know everything!" She screamed back at me.

"I don't...- This isn't about me Lilah!" I muttered turning away.

"Then why the hell is it about me" she asked.

"Because I don't want you hurt Lilah, I'm try to-"

"You aren't trying to do shit Dani!" She cut me off with a yell.

"Lilah he will hurt you!" I screamed.

"No I won't"

I whipped around to see two guys standing in the hallway behind.

A Canadian and a Jersey Shore.
