Peter Parker was having a crappy day. In the morning May had been pissed off at him for some reason so of course she took it out on him, and he went to school covered in bruises. Thank the gods that Ned was away on a luxury cruise to Hawaii and MJ was out with the flu. That way they wouldn't notice his bruises. But that just meant he was a bigger target for Flash, which made his day even worse and drag on for longer. There was always a spitball flying his way, or the name 'Penis Parker' being yelled through the halls. Flash even openly shoved him around in the classrooms, and the teachers did nothing. They all hated him too for some unknown reason.

But Peter refused change for them. If they wanted him to change, then they weren't worth him changing for. That was something Uncle Ben had taught him.

At the end of the day Peter sprinted out of class but Flash and his buddies were waiting at the end of one of the corridors. Peter just sighed as they started to insult him. When he ignored them, they did the usual. Beating him up.

Now Peter dragged himself into the abandoned house halfway between the school and his apartment block. He went here sometimes when he wanted to clear his thoughts. And now was one of those times.

He was going to tell Ned about May. Sure, both Ned and MJ already knew about Flash, but no one knew about May. Peter honestly felt like he was stuck between a rock and a hard place, but the space he had between the two was getting smaller and smaller. Peter had to tell someone soon, someone who would understand, and someone who wouldn't treat him different for it. Although that ruled out practically everyone Peter knew, so he was just going to have to compromise.

He took out his phone, entered Ned's new phone number and started messaging.

Tony Stark was having a very bad day. Only three days ago, Ross had approached the Avengers with the Sokovia Accords. Now the Avengers were still arguing about whether they were going to sign or not. It seemed simple to Tony. Sign the Accords, then edit them from the inside out. Simple.

But Steve didn't seem to think so. Capsicle said that signing the accords showed to the public that they would let themselves be sold off to the governments. He also said 'the safest hands are our own', and Tony agreed, but they couldn't fight off the bad guys if they were locked up behind bars for doing it.

None of the Avengers noticed that Tony was working his butt off to repay all of the property damage, political damage and injured and dead people that was caused because of the actions of the Avengers as a whole. But no, Tony was the only one doing a single thing about it, not even Rhodey and Pepper knew. Tony needs to tell someone, but there was no one to tell.

And now of course he was the one sent off to the SHIELD hellicarrier base to do a whole boring meeting on when and where the signing of the accords would take place. To be honest, Tony would rather be back in Afghanistan than dealing with this shit. The accords were tearing the team apart, and the damn thing hadn't even been signed yet.
