Layla's POV

A date, they wanted to go on a date with me? Did they know who my brothers were and did he know that he might end up dead if they found out about this. No boy had ever taken an interest in me and it felt nice, he was brave to ask me this and although he didn't give me my pen a date would be nice.

"Sure." I answered not knowing what else to say l, what do you say in that situation, if I agreed he wouldn't get hurt and the situation would be easy. "Great, I'll pick you up at 8." I nodded not thinking about the people who would be home then but I was speechless that he was even asking me out. I was seen as weird and I had no friends, I probably would be bullied if my brothers weren't so popular and I'm glad they were because that would just make my day a whole lot worse.

The bell rang and it was time for English, my favourite lesson, also the lesson I sat next to Noah on. "Let me walk you?" He put his arm out and I linked mine with his, I knew if any of my brothers saw me they would probably kick my ass but having someone not afraid was nice and something new, something I didn't know I wanted.

We got to English and sat in our seats, I'm glad Isaac wasn't there yet because I couldn't deal with the shouting and the arguing this early in the morning. After a couple of minuets Isaac wondered in with Laura and you could see the live in his eyes and the love in her eyes. I adored their relationship but sometimes I think that it can be just a bit too cheesy and perfect, but I've never felt love so I can't say that it's not meant to be like that.

We studied Romeo and Juliet for the next hour and it took some time because people got confused about what the words meant, but I can't blame them it is like a whole different language. At the end of the lesson Noah our the pen I gave him yesterday on my book, maybe I did misjudge him and maybe tonight's date would be fun and something that I'll look forward to.

After the long day of having sciences and then maths last it was the end of the day and I had to get home and start preparing for my date. More preparing my brothers for the fact that I'm going on a date, hopefully they would all be in a good mood so when I broke the news to them their hair wouldn't fall out.

I got into the car smiling more than I usually was. "Someone seems happy." Micheal said smiling at me knowing that something was up, I wanted to talk to him about it but I knew that if I said it in front of the rest of my brothers I would be bombarded with quieted so I just mouthed the word "later" to my brother and he understood dropping the subject.

We were about 5 minuets into the car ride and then a Ariana grande song started to play, I love her music but there's always an argument with my brothers about who's music is better, Taylor swift or Ariana grande. "Taylor swift is better." Jake said while he drove. "You're insane, Ariana grande is much better." Isaac tried to argue back, but it always ended the same. Micheal agreeing with Alfie and Jacob agreeing with Isaac, but we have another 5 minuets so the argument began.

"Taylor swift has been around longer and she's more successful."
"But Ariana grande is young and has achieved so much, Taylor swift is coming to an end and you need to accept that."
"Nope I never will, you need to accept that Taylor swift is better."

Micheal laughed at his comment and turned to me, the rest of them did a part from Alfie who looked at me in the wing mirror so he could still concentrate on driving. "Well personally they're both amazing and talented but I mean Shawn Mendes is the star and the best out of both of them." As I stated my opinion I got looks from my brother as if I had just said the worlds most craziest sentence but I haven't evacuee it's true that he's talented, he also has a body of a god.
