Alejandro's POV:

"Hey Kai. What do you think of this girl?" I ask, showing one of my best friends a picture of this social media influencer. "She's ight I guess. Not really my type though." He says looking at her picture.

"Okay. I don't know what your type is but she's literally a goddess. What do you think Mattia?" I say, showing Mattia the picture. "Dude. She's hot as fuck. I don't know what Kai's talking about. She ain't my type either but she's bad. " He says. I just nod in agreement. "Fuck you guys." Kairi says, holding up his middle finger.

"Okay baby boy." I say, winking at him. "Ah hell nah. If you idiots are finna fuck I'm leaving!" Mattia yells, standing up and leaving the room. I just burst out laughing.

I look over to Kairi and it looks as if he's lost in his thoughts. "Kai." No response. "Kai!" No response. I get up and walk over to him on my bed, snapping my fingers in front of his face. "Huh? What? Where did Mattia go?" He asks, snapping out of his thoughts. "He left. Are you okay?" I ask concerned.

"I'm fine. Just got a lot on my mind." He says, avoiding eye contact with me. I sit next to him. "Wanna talk about it?" I ask him. He just shakes his head. "Kai you know you can talk to me about anything." I say, wrapping my arm around his shoulder. "I know. It's just complicated. You wouldn't understand." He says, leaning his head on my shoulder.

"Try me." I say. "I can't. You're gonna hate me if I tell you." He says, looking away from me. I grab his chin and make him look me in the eyes. "Kairi. I will never hate you. You're one of my best friends. Don't push me away. No matter what, you'll always be one of my best friends. You'll always still be the same goofy baby Kairi I know. If it has something to do with earlier, I'm sorry. I was just fucking around with you. If she isn't your type than she ain't your type. It's cool. I just don't know what your type is. But like I'm for real always gonna be here for you. I love you bro." I say, pulling him into a hug. Next thing I know, he's sobbing into my chest. Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit. I made him fucking cry. What the fuck do I do?

"Kai. I'm sorry. I'm so so so sorry. I didn't mean to make you cry. I was just trying to tell you that I'm always gonna be there for you. I didn't mean to upset you. Shit." I say, panicking. He pulls away and just laughs. "These are happy tears you dumbass. I didn't think you cared about me that much." He says. "Kai. I'll always care about you. Now will you please tell me what's going on?" I ask him. He lets out a shaky breath before he whispers, "I'm gay." I was at a loss for words. Was this what had him so worked up?

"Okay. Cool." I say. He looks at me in pure shock. "What?" I ask him. "That's all your gonna say? After I just came out to you? You know you're the first person I've come out to?" He says in disbelief. "Well what do you want me to say? That I look at you differently? Cause I don't. You're still the same baby of the group Kai. Like I said before, you're still the same goofy baby Kairi I know and that's never gonna change." I say, laying down on my bed. "So you're not mad at me?" He asks. "No you dumbfuck. Now come cuddle with me ya loser." I say, and he does just that. And that's how we spend the rest of our night. Cuddling.
