Chapter 27 - Couples Treat (Part 1)

*Seth's P.O.V.*

"Finally ! It's the weekend !"  I cheered as I walked through the airport with my crew; Dolph, Summer, Layla, Roman & my boyfriend Dean.

"You're awfully excited. What do you have planned for the weekend ?"  Summer asked.

"We're flying straight to Miami so we can relax and chill and still be close to the arena for the Payback ppv."

"Why don't we all go together ! We're all couples ! Let's make it a couple's treat !"  Layla insisted.

"Even better; the girls can stay in a room and the guys can stay in a room."  Summer added.

"I don't think Dolph would be into that."  I heard Roman say to Layla.

"I'm down for it ! The beach and warm weather ? The perfect combo for me to Show Off !"  Dolph said.

"Come on Rome ! It's technically only one day ! You get to be with your bestfriends !"  I begged. "Do it for me."

".... Okay ! Fine ! But you better not touch my hair spray !"  he yelled at us guys.

*Miami, Florida (Day 1)*

Our first day in Miami, the six of us went to the gym together. There was no time for kisses and hugs, just straight workouts.

"I'll be back, get someone to spot you. Don't want my ninja monkey getting crushed until after the ppv." Dean said leaving to use the restroom.

I smiled and carefully watched him walk away. How the hell does he have all that in those shorts ? I instantly got a boner that I couldn't hide.

"I'll spot you Seth,"  Roman said leaving his treadmill. "So what is it this time ?"

"Three sets of 20 for now."  I started lifting as he helped me get started.

"Come on, you're almost there. Just four more."  he encouraged me as I was ending my second set.

Like always, I noticed a spot on my spotter, only this time it had occurred when I started grunting on my last few presses. I couldn't stop staring between his legs, and I lost focus. The bar dropped on my neck and everyone rushed over to help.

"Oh my god Seth ! Are you okay ?"  Summer asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine."  I said holding my throat.

"Rome, why did you let him almost die like that ?"  Dolph asked him.

"I don't know, he had it at first. Then he just dropped it."

"What's going on ?"  Dean questioned coming back.

"Nothing, I'm okay. Let's just work the ropes."  I insisted.

"You should focus on the person working out, not their moaning."  I heard Dolph joke with Roman.

*Layla's P.O.V.*

After helping Seth, Summer and I went back to our workout; squats with the medicine ball.

"Hey, what do you think of Roman ?"  I asked Summer.

"I love his hair !"  she silently screamed.

"No ! What do you think about him. Like, do you think he might be .... you know ...."

"A animal in bed ? Yes, I often imagine Dolph's face on his body while we have .."

"No ! Do you think he might be g-a-y ?"  I whispered as I threw her the medicine ball.

"Why are you questioning that ? I mean he's with you right ? You're smokin' hot and you're a diva. You can't hide being gay with a woman like you. Now squat !"  she replied, keeping me on track of our exercise.

"I don't know Summer. I see him look at Seth the way he looks at me, but more, I don't know."  I admitted.

"No ! This is our vacation ! You're not gonna be worried about this ! You're gonna work out, have fun and look hot ! Squat again !"  she said throwing the ball harder at me.

The question was killing me inside ! I had really needed an answer. He already proposed and I said yes. What if he came out when I was pregnant. Or worse, at the alter. I had to find out.

I'm happy that I'm getting Layla involved in the story ! Love her to death ! But what will she do ?
