"sounds like you're enjoying it kind of" he laughed.
"not really. i mean it's definitely fun, but hasn't helped my anxiety much and i just miss being home" she turned her gaze down to the floor.
"can i be straight up with you right now?" nick asked.

"i love museums!" kj cheered as they pulled into the old town museum.
"me too" nick smiled as he reached for her hand.
in all honesty, he hated museums. he just knew how much kj liked them. and at this point all he wanted was to be with her all of his free time.
"take a picture right here" kj pointed.
"shouldn't you be posing for me, after all you are the model" nick winked.
"not for long" kj half smiled.
"what does that mean?"
"i wanna get back into dancing like i used to. i don't wanna spend the rest of my life on a catwalk, i want to be in a studio helping kids get more out of their life" kj ranted.
nick couldn't help but smile at her when she talked about the things she really cared about.
"well then let's get you into the studio again" nick smiled even bigger.
"will you still do classes with me when you're not busy?" kj asked.
"i don't know what else i would do kennedy james" nick said and he wrapped his arms around her waist.
"i love you" kj smiled before pushing her lips onto nick's.
this feeling was something nick had wanted for so long. she kept him grounded. she kept him honest. and now all he wanted was to keep her. forever.
