Ding Dong!
Ah my free day has arrived, no cooking, no cleaning, no communication to my so called family. They aren't going to risk calling me down at any point of the night-especially due to their drinking buddies staying here for a while. Is it time, is it time to find a new gym? I thought to myself. I tip toed into my fathers office and quickly pulled up the closet free kickboxing center. Luckily enough there was a gym 5 miles out, that's open 24/7 and free for those who truly can't afford it. I snuck back into my room, trying to be sneakier due to the laughs booming from downstairs.
"Oh Victor, darling? You can head downstairs with my daughters." Mother demanded.
"No. I'm good, thank you." Victor, I'm assuming replied."
Ugh I need to stop eavesdropping and head out, bad Ariel, bad.
I got into my room and grabbed my Nike gym bag and boxing gear, that took me months to earn up for-Marie's deeds kills me to do, but it gives me a little money, and keeps me alive from mother at time. I thought as my smile slowly started to slip off my face before I thought about my happy place. I grabbed the bad, unlatched the window, and proceeded to safely jump from the second story-ah the gymnastics lessons with Sang and Marie really did help in something!
Using my photographic memory I headed down the street, took a right turn, then a left and then all the way straight till I reached the giant sign that had boxing gloves on it. I picked up my pace and entered the building hearing a little bell and a very sexy sounding man's voice saying that he will be with me in a second. Not even a minute later, a guy came came out and scared the poop out of me .
"Hi!" I squeaked out to the Greek god, in front of me. He had black eyes, black hair, perfectly tan skin, and the aesthetic of a biker going on-he looks familiar; he's one of the models from school!
"Hey, are you hear to sign up for the kickboxing tournament, classes, or just for practice?" He said politely but gruffly.
" How long is the tournament sir? And I'm just here for the solo practice." I replied in a calmer voice than before, even though I swear I saw his eyes darken when I said sir.
"The tournament is ending in a week, and will be held here at 7 pm every night. Are you sure you don't want to take the classes, they're really helpful, and if you can't pay for it, we can work something out."
"Thank you, but solo practice will do just fine."
"Okay, well follow me, I'll show you the locker room and the practice area μικρή φωτιά."
"Appreciate it sir." I said while blushing, oh go, why'd he call me little flame-huh I always knew those online language programs could help me. He showed me around till someone in the back called for him; he excused himself and left me in the practice area by myself. His name is interesting I thought to myself as I wrapped the gauze and put the red boxing gloves on. North, who woulda thought that the bad boy biker is called North.
As I punched the bag, I lost the smile that's always on my face, and punched with as much force as I could. I checked the time seeing that It's 9pm now. I yelled out a quick bye-not hearing s response so I left and began to jog back to underworld-my home. I began to scale up my walls to head into my room when I heard a male cry out to me. Huh?
"Who are you and what are you doing at the Soreson's." This sounds like Victor.
"Hey, sorry, I'm their third daughter. My name is Ariel Soreson."
"If you live here, what are you sneaking into the house?"
"Excuse me, Mr.Morgan, but the better question is why aren't you with our families-and most importantly why did you say no to go downstairs with my siblings."
"How do you know this?"
"I told you, I live here, I heard y'all talking before o left. I said while shrugging my shoulders and keeping my signature lazy smile.
"Okay fine, I'll give it to you, you live here, but why didn't your family mention you?"
"Simple, they don't like me, so they said to pretend I didn't exist."
"I-"
"Victor, son, where are you?" Mr.Morgan yelled.
"Please don't tell them you saw me."
"I won't, see you later?"
"Probably not, bye"
"Bye."
He ran back to his dad while I scaled into my room.
Ah yes, I made-
"Where were you, you little bitch?"
