New House, New Me

(Daniel's POV)

A month later

Emily is 3 months

I wake up to Emily not next to me in the bed. I sit up, rubbing my eyes, "GOOD MORNING!", I hear Emily say. I turn towards the doorway to see Emily in some overalls with a black and white striped shirt, leaning against the doorway, smiling, "Hey, morning", I say as I get out of bed, my boxers on. Emily smiles at me, "The moving company got all our boxes at the new house so all we have to do is head to the new house and unpack everything", she says with a small smile. I come over to her, smiling, "You did all that? You got the moving company and everything?", I ask amazed. Emily nods, "Yep, you were asleep and I couldn't sleep so, I decided to get up and eat some breakfast", she says. I look at her, "Why couldn't you sleep?", I ask softly. Emily laughs, "Don't worry, it's nothing to be worried about, I was just excited but sad to move at the same time", she says softly. I rub her shoulder, looking into her soft brown eyes, "Hey, I know you're sad but, this will be a better lifestyle and will be safer for our child, you want a great lifestyle for a child don't you?", I ask concerned. Emily nods, "Yeah but, I'm just a tad bit sad", she says softly. I smile at her, "Hey, it's gonna be okay, maybe one of your friends or my friends will buy this house and we can see them anytime", I say softly. Emily sighs, "Maybe", she says. I then take her hand, dragging her downstairs, "Let's go to the new house, I wanna see", I say softly. Emily smiles, "Okay, let's go", she says softly.

(Emily's POV)

"Wait, I need some clothes on", I say with a laugh. Daniel stops, looking at me, "Who cares, let's just go", he says happily. I sigh happily, "Fine!", I say. We then get in the car, "Hey, it's okay, it's a new lifestyle for our child, safe from my mother so she can't hurt you or the baby anymore", he says as he closes his door. I nod, looking down at my hands, "I know, I just haven't moved to a new house yet, it's nerve-racking", I say softly. Daniel smiles at me softly, taking my hand and rubbing it, "I know but, you'll get used to it, besides, we won't have to move every month, we are staying in this house, I know my mother can't find us here", he says. I nod, looking up to see us pull into our driveway, "We are here", says Daniel happily as he turns off the car. I sigh happily, hopping out of the car, "We have neighbors also, why don't we go meet them tomorrow?", asks Daniel as we close the car doors. I shrug my shoulders, "Sure, why not?", I say with a smile. Daniel smiles, coming over to me, "That's my girl! See, you'll love it here", he says happily. I smile, heading into the house with Daniel.

(Victoria's POV)

"Do we have a tracker on where they moved?", I ask Theo as he paces around the room. Theo looks up, shaking his head, "No, I forgot to put one in their moving box, damn it!", he says annoyed. I sigh, "Well, look for houses just bought around the area, it'll say who bought it", I say, hoping it will work. Theo sighs, typing, "Look! I found a house! It was just bought yesterday!", he says with a smirk. I look over him at the computer, "Perfect! Can we find out who bought it?", I ask. Theo nods, "Yep, it says, perfect!", he says with a smirk. I look over to see the names Daniel Grayson and Emily Thorne, "They thought they could hide, they can't anymore, we are coming for you", I say with an evil laugh.

(Daniel's POV)

"Daniel, this is beautiful!", exclaims Emily as she sits on the couch. I smile, looking around, "It is beautiful", I say softly. Emily laughs, smiling, "I already feel like I'm at home", she says with a small smile. I laugh, "I'm glad you like it!", I say with a smile. Emily smiles, "I don't like it, I love it!", she says happily. I laugh, "Well, it's just for us and the baby", I say with a smile. Emily smiles, running up to me and hugging me, "Thank you so much, I can't thank you enough", she says happily. I hug her back, smiling, "Anything for my love and my child", I say happily. Emily lets go, "I still feel uneasy that your mother will find us", she says softly. I look at her concerned, "Hey", I say as I pull her towards me, putting my hand on her waist. Emily looks up softly, "This will be over, we will never have to worry about my mother, we bought a new house, away from the beach house, she can't track us down", I say with a small smile. Emily smiles, looking down, "Okay!", she says softly. I smile, "Good! Now, wanna set up the baby's room?", I ask. Emily smiles, "Sure! Besides, I need to paint", she says with a smile. I laugh, "You really wanna paint huh?", I ask. Emily smiles, "Well, my mother was an avid painter and I took after her so yeah!", she says with a laugh. I smile, "You got a lot of things from your mother!", I say. Emily nods, "Yep", she says softly. I then motion for her to stand up, "Hey! Let's go get that baby room done", I say as I take her hand. Emily sighs happily, "Okay!", she says as we head upstairs.
